"A lovely holiday cottage, can’t fault it."
Exceptional views and friendly village. This was my second trip this year so that says it all. On a wet day it was a comfort to light the wood burner. No noise from the pub next door at all, and they serve an outstanding Sunday roast.
Thank you Lesley. Love having return guests, reassures us we’re doing things right. Glad you enjoyed your second stay. Hope to see you return again in the future. Thank you again Property Owner

"Lovely property."
Only comments was on arrival the street was very busy and we had no idea where carpark was. Spent 10 mins going up and down road until by chance someone walking up the road could tell us. Better communication on how to locate would be good. Also as we turned down the parking access there was a really bad pot hole to avoid. Garden was lovely but a little shabby looking and hated artificial grass for such a lovely location.
Sorry to hear you struggled to find the allocated parking. We shall look into the pothole, thank you for letting us know. We hope to invest in the garden soon. Property Owner

"A lovely little cottage in a picturesque village."
We very much enjoyed our stay.
Very pleased to read you enjoyed your stay. Would have liked to know what you felt we could have improved to make the ratings great rather than good. Property Owner

"This was a great cottage had everything that we needed, great views, we are older people and had some difficulty with opening the French doors the lock could be awkward, but that is minor problem did not effect the overall enjoyment of our holiday."
Thank you for your positive feedback. Sorry to hear you struggled with the French doors. Property Owner

"One of the best properties we have stayed in."
The property was a great place to stay and was close to attractions and the seaside. Would recommend this property to anybody wishing to stay in South Devon. The property is next door to The George Pub but that to me was a bonus. Only small downside is the private area to park which can be a little tight. We parked opposite to the property on the rod most of the time.
Thank you for your feedback. Glad you enjoyed the cottage and would recommend. Thank you for choosing Poppy Cottage. Property Owner

"A beautiful property."
Perfect. My only feedback would be to show the TV downstairs in the listing, this wasn’t clear there was one from the description or pics.
Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found the property a perfect base. Property Owner
