  • "Lovely property, very cosy and homely."

Great location. Good sized kitchen. Really nice to get a welcome pack with some local produce to enjoy, thank you. Comfy beds & sofas. The travel cot smelt very damp and musty so we couldn’t use it for our 5 month old. Main bedroom & cupboard smelt like it has a slight damp issue - no window in there. Some crumbs on floor & work surfaces when we arrived and we had to clean a lot of the kitchen cutlery/appliances before use, but all was fair as they can’t check everything left from previous users. When we got there the tv remote said low battery and didn’t last long so we went out and brought more batteries for it so we could use tv. Our one year old loved the long hallway running up and down and the building blocks to play with. Great to have two decent bathrooms and useful access for buggies with side entrance. We would recommend and enjoyed our stay. Thank you

I’m terribly sorry that the cleaning wasn’t up to standard- I will pass this onto Lyme Bay- there is always a full clean between guests and a top up clean if the appartment has been empty. The travel cot hasn’t been used for some time- so again that should have been checked if advised that it was needed. We will replace it. Please do remember that you can contact Lyme bay any time during your stay if there are any issues- they do have spare travel cots that they can bring down to the property. Property Owner

A superb, spacious sitting room welcomes guests into the apartment with an extensive seating area, a feature fireplace and delightful large windows which help to maximise the feeling of light and space; a beautiful room in which to gather and spend time.

The snug provides a great additional, alternative space which is great for people who might want to get away from it all and chill out in peace.

If you’re feeling peckish then step into the attractive kitchen/diner which is fully fitted with everything needed to produce tasty food for the whole family and there is a rustic dining table all set up ready to help you dine in a warm and inviting environment.

You can imagine spending many pleasant evenings around this table, eating, drinking and enjoying each other’s company.

When bedtime calls, there are two well-presented bedrooms to choose from and both are bright and airy and a relaxing space to rest your weary heads.

There are two shower rooms to choose from so no queue for the bathroom in the morning!

Feeling refreshed and raring to go you’ll be dying to check out the delights of Lyme Regis with a great choice of shops, boutiques, bars, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

You can easily spend a day here browsing and exploring with the museum and aquarium also popular as well as the beach, harbour and causeway.

Jump in the car for some interesting days out to places such as Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary, Axe Valley Wildlife Park, Seaton Wetlands Nature Reserve and Forde Abbey and Gardens.

Head to the beach for some fossil hunting at beaches such as Chesil, Charmouth, West Bay and Branscombe and while you’re there why not book a fishing trip or even an exhilarating rib ride?

A wonderful holiday to treasure forever awaits at Lyme Views.
