Clean, comfy and little extras that make it very welcoming. A short walk to the beach and shops. Would definitely recommend to others and visit again.

  • "This property is a credit to the owner."

It is the best holiday let we have ever stayed in. Everything is of a high quality from fixtures and fittings to bed linen, towels etc. The kitchen has every utensil you need barring a couple of wooden spoons which would be a useful addition. It was lovely to see a clean oven too. The whole house was spotless. It's ideally situated for a short walk into Bude and to travel to various attractions. We would thoroughly recommend it as a holiday base.

Thank you so much for your feedback, Alan. We are thrilled you enjoyed our house and also Bude itself. We like to make sure that guests have everything they need. Comments noted - we are just off to buy a couple of wooden spoons! Property Owner

  • "I booked this property with my 3 children, their partners and a couple of grandchildren."

The property handled us all with room to spare, the place was very spacious, spotless and the kitchen was something else!! The property was within a short walking distance to town and there was so much going on, craft fares by the canal with paddle boards and boats for hire. The different beaches although we’re busy we’re never over crowded. A brilliant holiday making great memories in a lovely property in a beautiful part of Cornwall. We will be back ❤️

Thank you for your feedback, John. We are so pleased you and your family had a good time, and that the house worked well for you all. Bude is certainly a great place for a family holiday. You would be welcome back anytime. Property Owner

  • "We had a lovely stay in a beautiful house with all the home comforts you imagine to accommodate for eight people."

The house was in easy walking distance to Bude town, shops, supermarkets, beach and sport amenities. We would recommend to all ages. We had parking for 2 cars, a third car would have block neighbours access. Improvements could be a door or partition between kitchen and living room to better allow seperate activities. A chair with recliner or footstool and another smart tv with freeview devise would be useful.

Thank you Sharon for your feedback. We are glad you had a lovely time at our house and enjoyed what Bude has to offer. We are always trying to improve the property, so thank you for your suggestions. Property Owner

The house is spacious and enjoys a high quality, contemporary interior with a electric stove for a relaxed setting. A private driveway offers three parking spaces to leave your vehicle, making loading and unloading an easy task. The sitting room is a bright space, with two three-seater sofas, two easy chairs, coffee table, and a electric stove to keep you warm.

It also comes with a Smart TV and a portable Bluetooth speaker for keeping yourself entertained. And of course, no trip to Bude would be complete without sampling the delicious food on offer at cafes like The Olive Tree, Rosies Kitchen and Starboard Wood Fired Bistro. Visit the nearby village of Tintagel, home to a medieval castle that was once the home of King Arthur, or the Old Post Office, an historic National Trust building. The village of Port Isaac is also worth a trip, with its narrow streets, old fishermen's cottages and dramatic rocky coastline, it is a popular tourist destination especially for fans of the Doc Martin TV series.

The village is also home to Doyden Castle, a 19th century folly which is now a popular tourist attraction, and there are also a number of excellent restaurants and pubs in the village, including The Mote, Outlaw's New Road, and Outlaw's Fish Kitchen. About the location

BUDE

Tintagel 17 miles.

Bude is a fabulous coastal town that once visited you will want to come back to time and time again. Bude has something for everyone, great beaches for relaxing, and building sandcastles on, rockpools for investigating at low tide and cafes to watch it all from. The rolling waves are great for surfing all year round, and the footpaths by the restored canal or on the North Cornwall coastal path offer you a superb opportunity to explore and appreciate the outstanding countryside. Bude also has a superb golf course, indoor swimming pool, bowling alley/indoor play area and Heritage Centre at Bude Castle. It also has a good selection of local shops, supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants and excellent Information Centre. Within a short drive are the remains of a huge iron age hill fort at Warbstow Bury, from where panoramic views can be seen. For days out, take the coast road north to see the lonely lighthouse above the sea at Hartland Point or walk or ride a donkey down the steep and cobbled village street (no cars allowed) of beautiful Clovelly to the harbour and the pub far below. Follow the coast in the other direction and there's the little cove of Crackington Haven, Boscastle, King Arthur's castle at Tintagel, Doc Martin's Port Wenn at Port Isaac and yet more great surfing beaches at Polzeath.
