"This is a luxurious and well equipped holiday home, perfect for family gatherings."

We loved the huge living space and had a great weekend away. Our only issue was trying to control the heating as it occasionally seemed to go off during the day and come on at night, and we couldn’t find a way to change this. Highly recommend!

Thank you for your lovely feedback and apologies for my late reply! I'm sorry you hsd issues with the heating - the hot water is on a timer which does come on in the evening but this shouldn't affect the heating which is controlled via the thermostats in each room. I wll look into the settings on the timer for the HW. It's always helpful to have this kind of feedback. Hopefully these issues canbe been resovled. Apart from that, I'm glad you enjoyed the accomodation and had a great weekend. Property Owner

"Amazing place!"

We only had the pleasure of staying 2 nights but wish we had more time! The property is very well kept and clean and beautifully decorated. Location wise as expected it's a village so nearest shops and restaurants are a drive away. Not many local restaurants but you can get takeaways and if your happy to drive then plenty of options out there. You cant just go out and walk I'm afraid the place is rural so you do need to take your car wherever you go.

"Beautiful, spotlessly clean luxury, in a perfect location."

The photos show a stunning property that delivered, to perfection. We fell in love with the barn the second we set foot in it! So, so clean and welcoming. There's so much to do here within just a 10 minute car radius. 30 minutes will easily keep you busy. Local produce and eateries are a delight. Strawberry Fields was a favourite for us and we'll definitely be returning. Kate, thank you so much for being the perfect host, helpful and kind but completely non obtrusive.

"Amazing holiday accommodation."

"We absolutely loved the property."

The location was great, close to Totnes, Ashburton and the moors, all of which we visited. Also within walking distance to the fabulous Riverford field kitchen. We will definitely be back next year (if I haven't managed to move to Totnes!).

3 Caddaford Barns, a stunning reverse-level barn conversion resting on the outskirts of Buckfastleigh, a charming town in Devon.

With an open-plan layout, a woodburning stove, and en-suite bedrooms, this beautifully-presented abode welcomes friends and family, perfect for a getaway to the countryside of Devon.

Set adjacent to the owner's organic working farm, the excellent reverse-level layout offers a unique atmosphere.

Utilise the open-plan living space by preparing some scrumptious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, toasting a magical holiday around the dining table, and watching a movie on the Smart TV with your loved ones.

As the evenings grow darker, head to one of the three contemporary-styled bedrooms, to catch your night’s rest on the plush beds, while the en-suite shower rooms provide plenty of space to get ready for the day in style.

The snug room offers additional sleeping space on the double sofa bed, or a peaceful retreat, after a fun-filled day of adventures.
