The property is compact but clean tidy very limited storage of clothes
Also what was disappointing the position of the flat is not front facing so don’t let the picture of the listing make you think it the front window roadside it’s not more middle of building with side window and views .
This property is more for two people and a short stay /long weekend .

Good Morning. We have recently had a new fitted kitchen with a larger fridge and, decided to opt out of an ice box. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I will ensure our flat details are updated. Unfortunately, any road noise is beyond our control. Regarding the water contamination issue that Brixham is currently experiencing, if you had contacted myself or my husband we would of gladly directed you to the locations where free bottled water was available, our details are listed on the website. Social media was also full of posts advising holidaymakers where to go. Many thanks, Caroline and Jim.

"Very nice en cosy."
Very clean en well maintained. We have a small car so no issue there, but for apartment 3 mentioning that the parking space is to small for a medium or big car would be adviseable. There is a big public parking within walking distance. Also the plumbing could be checked because when flushing the toilet, it makes a loud noice. The venting of the sewer piping probably is blocked.

"Lovely little place close to amenities for exploring Brixham and great location for walking the stunning coastal paths."
Clean and comfortable but not having bin bags supplied was a shock as I consider this an essential! Just an FYI for future guests parking is a challenge due to slope but worth it as parking costs would add up quick.
Of course black bin bags are essential this was clearly an oversight on our part, many apologies for the inconvenience.
In relation to the parking arrangement, as explained in the guest book, an uncomplicated and accommodating strategy involves reversing your vehicle against the white line. This technique proves to be the most straightforward method and accommodates a wide range of vehicle shapes and sizes.

"It's in a great location."
The double bed needs a new mattress and pillows. On of the bed slates is broken. The 2 beds in the second bedroom are 2 small for adults. The mattress on them beds need changing and the pillows. The shower is not powerful. Not enough cups and classes. Had to wash the classes as not clean. Find long hairs in the carpets when we arrive. But the weather has been great. And as one of us is going through a double bereavement it was a break. As we have eaten out ever day for all meals.
Good Afternoon Sarah,
I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the double beds and their mattresses and pillows. Both mattresses and pillows are indeed relatively new, and the pillows were replaced as recently as February.
The second room features twin beds with similarly new pillows and it is important to note that indicated in the property summary it is more suitable for two adults and young children.
If you prefer a strong water flow, using the shower on high would have provided ample satisfaction. The apartment is fully equipped with four sets of everything.
Additionally, after every guest visit, our apartment undergoes a thorough cleaning by a highly regarded cleaner.
I extend my condolences for your loss, and I wish you a pleasant day.
Warm Regards,
Caroline

Located a very short distance from the harbour meaning car use minimised.

"Good Location with Parking."
Welcome pack appreciated and Facilities good. There was some noise from Flat upstairs but not too disturbing. Contsructive suggestions; Television would be better on a movable bracket or moved to the Corner. Sittee position was not the most comfortable but sufficed. For the older person, which includes us, a none slip mat in the shower would be an improvement to the ribbed floor.
We would recommend the flat and be happy to stay there again.
Good Morning, thank you for your comments, the TV is actually on a movable bracket and can be adjusted for convenience and comfort and there is a non slip mat for the shower stored in the cupboard in the bathroom, I will however put this on display for our next guests.
Glad you enjoyed your stay and we would certainly love to see you return.

With hindsight, we would have preferred to pay a lot more for accommodation that included an end of tenure clean and dishwasher/washing machine etc.
The owner needs to be aware that the two single beds were cheap and offered very little support. In fact it gave me a bad back! Only really suitable for children perhaps?

Brixham is a working fishing harbour located on the southern side of Torbay, the area known as The English Riviera, famed for its sunny mild climate all year round. The focal point of the harbour is a life size replica of The Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake’s ship. The prettiest part of Brixham has small cottages in hilly narrow winding lanes leading to the harbour where all the activity is centred. Home to Britain’s largest fishing fleet which regularly lands their catch in the harbour, Brixham fish market sells to major restaurants in the UK. Brixham is the ideal destination for a traditional holiday with many family attractions around Torbay including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and many regattas and maritime events throughout the year. There are a host of safe cycle trails in the area, the South West Coastal Path and some of the best golf courses in the region.
