A lovely welcome pack of milk, chocolate biscuits and a range of coffee and tea sachets; very welcome after a long drive. • "Sandy Toes is a lovely property."

Ideally situated, short walk to beach, waterpark, pub, crazy golf and boating lake. Also Leisure centre at end of road. Short drive to Paignton, Torquay and Brixham. Property was very clean, had everything you needed. The sea views from the terrace was beautiful. Property is on a fairly steep road, and there are numerous steps to get to the property and upto the garden terrace, but not an issue for. We had a lovely stay, and would highly recommend.
