"Very nice stay in spite of the weather."
Generally very well equiped except for the complete absence of a teapot! Went to Mill museum at bishops lydeard and Corfe abbey near Chard. Very interesting. Also Did a couple of jigsaws when it was raining

"The whole house smelt damp."
Everything that has come home has had to be washed to get rid of the smell. The water system needs updating, twice my daughters were scolded with the hot water. Was extremely unhappy with the cameras in the property that we didn’t notice and were turned round so that we were being filmed upon entry to the property-Felt it was a serious invasion of privacy. The down stairs toilet was filled with faeces upon arrival.
Thank you for your feedback, I was sorry to hear about the smell of damp and the toilets. If you had made us aware at the time, we could have responded immediately. Our cleaning team are investigating to remedy issues they find. We have cameras at the property, for security when unoccupied. We do ask guests to turn cameras around or take them down on arrival. They are deactivated when guests are in the property. Guests are able to adjust shower temperatures using hot and cold taps. Property Owner
