Very clean with good facilities for self catering providing all that you need. Thank you for the lovely welcome items. Loved the brownie. Used as a base to explore parts of Devon and Cornwall and also good to have a local walk to not use the car on one of the days. Would recommend.

"WOW this rental was amazing from the moment you drive up the long driveway, the house is so warm and welcoming."
Very clean welcoming and very homely, its very well layed ooutlast everything you need or want from a home.
The owner Chris was very welcoming when we saw her. Very nice and friendly always happy to stop and chat to you.
Great location for driving around the country Devon and into Cornwall and Dorset as we did.
We will book again and 100% recommend the home to friends.

"Our second visit to Grange cottage was just as good as the first, a super cosy and comfortable cottage in Coldridge."
Very spacious bedrooms and excellent kitchen with everything you need. The gas log burner was very welcome on the cold and damp nights. Hosts are on hand and thank you for the eggs, milk and a superb cake!. We'll be back again soon.

It was modern, well equipped and finished to a very high standard. We were able to explore lots of places from our base in the countryside.
The owners were friendly and the welcome pack very thoughtful.

We were very lucky to have wonderful weather too. The cottage is done to a high standard and was in a beautiful location. The only thing that would make the stay better was to have more comfortable mattresses for the single beds - the springs were very prominent! Thank you for a lovely stay.

"Grange cottage has everything you could need."
A beautiful, spacious living space, with all the amenities and kitchen appliances you would ever need.
Complete with a pleasant arrival gift of chocolate cake, eggs and apple juice.
The cottage has Sky tv, fairly decent wifi, and games.
Situated in the middle of Devon, with both coasts, and Cornwall all about an hour away. (Depending if your Satnav wants to take you up the narrow single lane tracks.)

Quite remote so no local pub nor shop within walking distance, but if you want somewhere central to lots of attractions and somewhere with all the facilities of self catering, then this is a great place. Hosts are brilliant too providing Christmas decorations and some little treats on arrival which were greatly appreciated…

"We had a brilliant stay at Grange cottage the cottage was beautifully presented and the hosts who live next door were the most welcoming we have come across our children 3 of whom have special needs were made to feel very welcome on the farm."
Which is situated with 1 and a hours drive from Newquay 1 hrs drive to paignton and Torquay and about 3 quaters of an hour from Woolacombe and illfracombe. fantastic base to tour with a comfortable home to return to after a busy day with the children

"We had a lovely stay at Grange Cottage."
The Cottage was very clean, cosy and had everything we needed including a high chair. All furniture was good quality and the beds were very comfortable. The onlt thing we needed to take was a travel cot as we had a young child with us. The owners live next door and were very welcoming, keeping us topped up with eggs from their chickens for a small cost and they were available for any questions we had. The welcome pack was lovely which included a home baked cake, eggs, milk, apple juice, plenty of tea/coffee/sugar and a welcome book with information on things to do in the area. The location is rural with lovely views and its a good base to explore both Devon and Cornwall. Would highly recommend this cottage.

"Whilst the cottage itself was well maintained it felt as though we were on a building site."
There were building works going on next door (on the same site) which prevented us from using the outdoor space. This should really be made clear at the time of booking as we would have chosen an alternative cottage given we were seeking a quiet and relaxing break.
There was no hairdryer and the one we borrowed off the owner did not work.
Thank you for your feedback, the hairdryer has a safety feature that needs to be held down whilst in use, the owner has checked this and it works perfectly. Thank you for your complimentary feedback in the visitors book to say you had a peaceful stay.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There is so much to do and see in Devon and beautiful beaches within a short drive. The Eden Project is only 1.5 hours away and really worth a visit. We hope to return to Grange Cottage again in the future.

"Grange Cottage is extremely clean and very comfortable."
Made to feel very welcome and placed to be able to get to both the north and south coasts. Coldridge it self has a green and church with many friendly locals.
The cottage is decorated and furnished to a high standard. The main bedroom is large and has a very comfortable large bed.
An addition of a high chair to use would have been useful for us rather than having to find space to bring one! I also missed a radio in the kitchen and/or bedroom.
Would recommend highly.

Beautiful kitchen with literally all the basics you would need for a weeks stay. Welcome pack and lovely home made cake, even tea,coffee and sugar.
3 gorgeous luxury bedrooms all well fitted out. Decor and fittings beautiful. Comfy bed. Large modern fresh bathroom with fluffy towels. Definitely a four star if not 5 star accommodation. Home from home. Owner and family lovely and welcoming . Would most definitely recommend cottage and stay again.

It is worth noting that there is only relatively small sitting area outside, although this was not a problem for us. There are many places to visit and the location is a great base to be able to do this. We had a lovely holiday and would visit again.
