"Parking is a problem, a few times I had a problem getting out of the parking place I found as other people parked so close to the back of my car Other than that I had a great stay."
Sorry that you had trouble parking. Most of our neighbours are considerate but there are always a few that are less so. Property Owner

"We absolutely loved the property."
We were very aware of where it was as my Nan lives on hurricane green also. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a couple of dishwasher tablets and tea, coffee, sugar & milk when we arrived which was a lovely touch. And some dog treats for our dogs which was a nice surprise. Overall we had a lovely stay. The only thing I’ve marked down on is comfort. This is because the sofa in the lounge was quite uncomfortable. The beds were ok, but they could have been better. I would say the bunk beds were actually more comfortable than the main bedroom. However this probably wouldn’t stop us from visiting the same property again. Just due to value for money. Especially in the school holidays.
Glad you enjoyed your stay. Beds and sofas are tricky to suit everybody's taste but happy that they didn't detract from your stay. Property Owner

"Sunny Breeze is a very well equipped and imacculate place to stay for a week."
Ideal enclosed garden at the back for the dogs. Only a few minutes walk from the village and the bus route. Definitely stay here again next time I visit the South Hams.
So glad that you enjoyed your stay and many thanks for your kind review. Property Owner

"Have had a lovely week at Sunny Breeze."
Total peace and quiet. Only downfall was the fire alarm which kept going off and I needed to call the maintenance people to come and fix but as I was alone it wasn't an issue. Beautiful coast line nearby and a pleasant little walk through the woods behind the property.
Glad that you had a good time.so sorry about the pesky smoke alarm. Do hope that our lovely maintenance team sorted it out for you swiftly. We set it off once by not closing the hall door and overcooking the sausages Property Owner

"The bungalow was as described and lovely and clean."
The hot water though only trickled out the taps, so it was just as well there was a shower and also a dishwasher to use. The real problem was the smell of damp in the main bedroom, it was really strong over the last 3 nights and we had to use a spray to try to mask it. It was coming from the cupboard in our room that has the water boiler I think. The back garden was ideal for my 2 little dogs too run around and be safe. All in all it was a lovely area to stay in.
I am so sorry that there was a problem with the hot water. We have had an electric pump put in so it should be fine. Will get someone in to check it. Property Owner

"Lovely bungalow and so many thoughtful extras included."
Very warm and cosy which added to our few days holiday. Great base to explore surrounding countryside and ideal to take pets. Very thoughtful to have the heating on, on our arrival.

"Wonderful cottage perfect for a break with the dogs."
Very modern and clean, everything you need. (They thought of everything!) Parking is a little difficult but not really too much of a problem to walk. Lots of places to walk, we walked into Salcombe which saved on parking! Wi-Fi good. Would be happy to return! Thank you
So glad you enjoyed yourselves. Parking can be a challenge in the evenings, there is a car park just across the field if all else fails. Property Owner

"A nicely appointed cottage."
Facilities were excellent, with everything thought of. Great location for exploring that part of Devon. Dartmouth and Salcombe were very dog friendly, as were a lot of the beaches. Food and service at The Old Inn were good also. All in all we had a great stay. Thank you to the Muirs. Beverley and Trevor.
Thank you so much Beverley and Trevor… this means so much to us! We were inspired to come and eat at the Old Inn (where we are at the moment!) & you’re right … it’s great Property Owner
