"Really enjoyable stay."
Everything we needed, and views amazing. The apartment was also very quiet, but just 2 minutes from the centre of town. Bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch, enjoyed with our tea on the first night. The only criticism, was the bed with en suite, wasn't very comfortable for my 6"1 partner. But it wouldn't stop us staying again. Bonus having somewhere to park. We would definitely stay here again.

"Beautiful apartment."
Clean and tidy , view to die for, could sit and watch for hours. Location perfect. Only criticism would be , needs a little refresh as tired bathrooms.

"4 Dartview has fabulous views and is in a great position for enjoying Dartmouth without lots of difficult steps or big hills."
The parking space, in a joint garage next door, is tight but a godsend; especially in high season and especially being able to park up, shut the garage and unload or load the car via the back door. The flat is warm and fairly well equipped. The cooking utensils take some finding but they’re in the storage drawer below the cooker. The negatives are that the corridors and doorways are narrow and the sealed cardboard welcome packs are mean - two dishwasher tablets and just one sachet of hot chocolate in a flat for four! The beds are comfy but the fan never turns off in the second bathroom. Having two bathrooms is however, great. We found the staff in the local office friendly and helpful. We didn’t like the clear Perspex coffee/side tables which disappear against the carpet, esp if one’s looking out if the window at the view, and on both our visits here we kept tripping over them! Overall don’t expect cosseting luxury but 4 Dartview is good value for a great view, parking and an easy stroll to the town.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely flat with fantastic views."
What a great area to stay with so much to see and do! We would love to come again. Many thanks.
-
"It might be a personal thing but we found the beds not very comfortable (far too soft) and the sofas not comfortable at all."
The location and stunning views went a very long way to compensate
-
"Zip link beds are fine but a substantial mattress topper is essential for comfort and to stop the natural action of rolling to the depression in the middle of the bed."
-
"Really nice apartment with spectacular views over the river Dart."
The property was very well equipped for our stay. Lovely and clean everywhere. Very tight parking in the garage, especially as the builders were also using the garage as well. We had to get them to move their vans each day so we could get in and out. But obviously they won't be using it all the time. Having a parking space is an added bonus in Dartmouth too. Lovely gesture of bottle of prosecco in the fridge and bunch of tulips on the table.

"A very good location, the flat is clean and well equipped."
Having two bathrooms is a definite advantage. The biggest problem is having bedrooms that are situated next to bin area / courtyard and there was scaffolding up during our stay. When it rained ( and it DID rain somewhat ) it was extremely noisy with rain bouncing off scaffolding and plastic sheets and bins. Also having only a free view TV is outdated, maybe update to a smart one! Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

"Dartview is in a great location with a great view over the estuary by the Lower Ferry."
Easy walk into Dartmouth to pubs, restaurants, etc. Parking was also a great benefit. Would highly recommend this property.
-
"Wonderful location for views and access ."
Lovely little treats on arrival . Everything we needed for a very relaxing too short a stay in Dartmouth
-
"Very comfortable accommodation."
Main attribute is the lounge window view of the river. Facilities as expected and touches such as wine and flowers were a lovely extra.
-
"Very dirty when we arrived."
Great facilities. New bay window giving absolutely amazing views. Back windows view appalling. Scaffolding and broken car port type roof. Inside lovely though. Parking space very useful but small and challenging to use
Many thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are thrilled you loved the property and the views from the bay window are incredible. We can only apologise that the property was not satisfactorily presented on your arrival, we did offer to send a cleaner back, but understand you just wanted to get on and enjoy your holiday. Due to the nature, of the position of the property there is not a view to the rear but we are sure you will agree the view from the front entirely makes up for it. We do hope you had a lovely stay despite the points you have mentioned and enjoyed all Dartmouth has to offer. Property Owner

"Well equipped and perfectly located flat with exactly the view over the Dart we love the most."
The parking is fine, at least because it was no difficulty to get our car in and out of the garage which could be a problem when all the other spaces are occupied. There were only minor items like a lost WIFI connection in the bedroom or a larger pan that could have been useful. We enjoyed the welcoming roses that lasted the whole week and would definitely like to come back for another stay.

"Having stayed in the same property several times now, we were very satisfied with the standard of redecoration and bedroom improvements."
Our only slight disappointment was the garage provision which is fine, but not as pleasing if you have a large vehicle, so I tended not to use it. We very much preferred the ‘Coast and Country’ parking card which has been provided previously which facilitates safe parking in a variety of locations.
-
"The accommodation was lovely and a great addition to have the parking, however more suitable for a smaller car given the size of the space."
It was extremely comfortable and a excellent location. I would definitely recommend staying at Dartview. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

"More loo roles needed."
2 insufficient. The car park below can be a challenge when other flats are occupied. Fortunately for us most were empty. The view from main room was really excellent spoilt in our case by temporary scaffolding. Fortunately no one was working from it all week.
Many thanks for leaving your feedback. We are sorry that the scaffolding was up for you holiday, but do hope you were happy with the agreed compensation for any disruption that may have occurred. We hope you had an enjoyable stay and look forward to welcoming you back to the area soon. Property Owner

"The best two things to mention is the view and the parking space especially if you want to go and see outside Dartmouth ."
The apartment has two bedrooms both have comfy beds although the two singles that have been put together you do tend to roll in to the middle .The kitchen is well equipped if you wish to do a bit of cooking. We ate out a lot as there are several lovely reasonable restaurants. The position of the apartment is very central and you can be in the centre of Dartmouth within minutes .We go to this apartment for the view which is stunning any time of day .The parking space is a fabulous added extra as Dartmouth does get busy even in January . The seating in the apartment is adequate but I did find the setee a bit uncomfortable .The dining room table was infront of the window and I would have preferred 2 comfy chairs there instead .As I think this is where you would spend a lot of your time. The apartment is on the first floor and you share a door with dartview 3 which wasnt't a problem .The apartment was occupied at the time and we didn't hear any noise at all .We have stayed in this apartment too number 3 . Overall we had a relaxing time in Dartview 4 ...The icing on the cake would have been if it was pet friendly then we could have taken the dog .

"The apartment was in a superb position with views over the river Dart."
However the outside of the apartment needed some tlc. Front door and window ledges desperately needed a coat of paint! As it is a two bedroomed apartment a parking permit for a second car would have been useful.
-
"The most amazing view Very well equipped Parking is tight but such a bonus in Dartmouth"

"The flat was in an excellent position with amazing views from the main living room."
It was lovely sitting at the table in the morning and evening watching the ferry pottering backwards & forwards. Apart from a couple of small items it had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. The addition of roses and prosecco were greatly appreciated. There were just a couple of small gripes : there was no information in the flat with regard to rubbish (where it should be taken, collection day, recycling, etc) or any black bin bags (we raised this with Coast & Country whilst we were there); my sister was disturbed by a security light that kept coming on, so maybe some blackout blinds might be useful and finally, maybe a Wi-Fi booster or repositioning the router might be useful as there was little or no signal in the bedrooms. Apart from these we had a very relaxing holiday and would have no hesitation in returning to 4 Dart View in the future.
Thank you for your helpful comments -Full information is now available with regard to rubbish -A blackout blind has been fitted to Bedroom 2 -A range extender has been installed allowing a wi-fi signal to be received in all rooms Property Owner

"We had a wonderful time in a very clean, very relaxing flat."
Everything you need is to hand in the flat it’s like home from home, even games and local information book/booklets.. Nice reliable shower with good flow. For meals we took every opportunity we could to eat in, in comfort looking out at the amazing views, looking at the ever changing life on the river… We did have one “unpredictable” problem when the fridge stopped working, (we were just unlucky) but this was sorted out by calling the Sykes number on first page of the information booklet, the issue was quickly resolved. Note Flats 3 & 4 have a door that divides them from the stairs, our Daughter was in flat 4 while we were in flat 3, this meant that with both our doors open our 3 year old granddaughter could trott in and out of each flat safely although I did hang a little motion alarm on door just in case she attempted to open door to landing. All in all a lovely holiday.

"The apartment was lovely and the views were fantastic."
We had a brilliant holiday and have already booked to come back next year.

"A pity that the seal had gone on the double glazing of main window so wonderful view was rather blurry."
Everything else excellent
The main window has been replaced so the wonderful view is now crystal clear! Property Owner

When we picked the key up from the office the girl was very abrupt just here’s your key that’s it on leaving the blonde girl was very friendly asking if everything was ok if we enjoyed our holiday and wishing us a safe journey a
Thank you for taking the time to feedback your experience. I was sorry to read that you had a less than satisfactory experience upon arrival. It is great to hear you experienced our more friendly approach on your departure, rest assured we shall be picking this up. We pride ourselves on our friendly, local team and do hope we get the opportunity to welcome you back to Dartmouth in the future. Property Owner

"We had an amazing time, the flat was everything we expected, but we were disappointed to find someone elses rubbish in the living room bin, considering how much the apartment cost."
If we can ever afford it again we would go back

"Prosecco and roses was a nice touch, lovely views, garage was very useful as parking is at a premium but very very tight if all flats were occupied, all in all very nice."
-
"Nice and clean apartment in a beautiful location, with great views and easy access to all the attractions and restaurants."
A garage is an added bonus.
