"Wonderful house."
Great to stay somewhere so modern and spacious. The view wowed us every time we came in! Wonderfully comfortable beds. A shame the weather meant we couldn't sit on the balcony with a G and T ! Only suggestions...the photo of the view in the advertising doesn't do it justice! Also clearer information on recycling. But a marvellous place.

"Lovely property with stunning views."
We loved the balcony and a very spacious house. Excellent location for Dartmouth and local areas.

"Great location for his beautiful town."
Stunning view from the living room and balcony. Outstanding. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms and living room. Very clean and modern and well equipped. Two cars can park comfortably in front of the house. Ten minute walk into Dartmouth. However, those with mobility difficulties should note that this is very steep indeed. Information re the bus service would be helpful, as would a big bowl to be used in the microwave would be helpful.

"A very beautiful house with stunning views and we very much enjoyed our stay."
The property was not quite so well equipped as we are used to another 6 mugs would be useful to save constantly washing up also there was no iron and ironing board but on mentioning this to the Agents we would like to thank the owner for ordering this and having it delivered. We would have no hesitation in returning

"Moonraker is an excellent, well appointed property for a short break, with wonderful views of Dartmouth & Kingswear towns & the River Dart."
A short (if hilly) walk to all the shops & harbour in Dartmouth. Perfect for both Dart ferries & the countryside towards Totnes & Salcombe. We identified a few maintenance issues inc. stiff door locks that need lubrication, grouting in the bathroom shower that needs filling & tricky to operate bedroom blinds. It would have helped to have a welcome pack too - it took a visit from the (helpful) local agents to access WiFi & get the TV working. Further feedback has been provided by email.

"Great location with jaw-dropping views, Moonraker has a high quality finish and everything you need for a perfect stay in Dartmouth, our 5 year old son loved the house -especially the bunk beds and slide in the garden, we would highly recommend."
Thanks

About the location
DARTMOUTH
Totnes 12 miles.
Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town. For those seeking some beach activities, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blue Flag Award winner Blackpool Sands, and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular and just a stone's throw from Dartmouth. A relaxing location in South Devon.
