"Beautiful cottage, very clean with comfy beds and nice rooms, very well equipped kitchen; small but perfect for bbq outdoor space."
Would definitely recommend.

"I searched for this property under the enclosed garden filter as we would be staying with three dogs."
The listing and email confirmed an enclosed garden. This property does not have an enclosed garden, apparently it is partially enclosed, there is no such thing, a garden is either enclosed or not. Due to this we had to leave early as it really did not work for us. Also there was a patio table in the garden but no chairs to use with the table.
I am sorry our lodge did not meet your expectations. I have contacted Sykes to ensure there is no mention of enclosed garden when searching the property. Our garden chairs, BBQ, tennis rackets and surf boards are all in the outside storage area for guests to use. Property Owner

"A really comfortable stay in this cosy cottage thank you."
It was very clean, contrary to comments in some earlier reviews, and very well equipped. We’ve stayed in a few different cottages in Inny Vale and we really liked the location of this one. We will hopefully return.
Thank you for your lovely feedback, we would love to welcome you back again. Property Owner

"Garden is NOT fully enclosed, this was the only disappointment, having dogs and seeing the words enclosed garden led me to assume I could relax in the garden with dogs off lead."
This was not the case as the fencing only part enclosed the garden area. The lodge itself was clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed. Lovely quiet area with local walks and very handy for local beaches

"Perfect location."
Excellent facilities. Thank you

"Great property although your spoilt for choice in the area."
Roughly an hour from everywhere you would want to go. Great cottage especially with the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Not the largest property but big enough for 4 people. Lots of useful information provided and seems to have everything you should need. Was left milk in the fridge for our arrival which was a nice touch. A couple of lights didn't work, the one in the upstairs bathroom was the biggest inconvenience as to use it at night meant using the mirror light. the instructions for the fire seemed to be straight forward but thank good it was a warm week as we couldn't get the fire to light. lots of cobwebs through out the property.
Thank you for your feedback, we will pass on your comments to our cleaner. We have come to stay ourselves this week and able to make the repairs highlighted. Thank you for the helpful feedback. Property Owner

"Beautiful cottage and beautiful place to go out exploring Lovely little touches with some essentials left for us which came in very handy."
The guest book was great as we did visit some places suggested an was not disappointed The reason you didn’t get 5 stars was the cleanliness on arrival place looked immaculate but the sheet was dirty which we changed now I know we all get cobwebs but the bedroom ceiling was just one big thick cobweb from beam to beam the headboard was the same as was the living room ceiling again we sorted this by hoovering but not something I want to be doing on my first night before getting into bed
Thank you for your valuable feedback, we have passed on your comments to our cleaner. Thank you Property Owner

"The cottage was lovely with lots to do nearby."
The cottage provided everything you would need for your stay, it was very clean and comfortable I would have given this a recommendation of 10 however the only letdown was no enclosed garden as staying with two small dogs would of been nice to be able to open doors and allow the dogs out to sit on the grass without their leads on.

"The lodge was lovely and very well equipped and beautifully clean ."
We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a stay here . Its in a good location with plenty of places to visit and we enjoyed Blackrock beach for belly boarding and Daymar bay beach for swimming . We would definitely think about staying here again if we came to Cornwall.
Thank you for your lovely feedback, we would love to welcome you again. Property Owner

"Absolutely wonderful stay at the lodge, so peaceful."
Everything in place for an enjoyable break As a dog owner a fenced outdoor space would make your lovely home perfect.

"We had a lovely stay at the cottage with our young children and dog."
Compared to other cottages we have stayed in, it was very clean. The bedrooms have a comfortable feel and the upstairs master bedroom is lovely. The cottage is well equipped and has everything one would need for a week to relax. The kitchen has everything needed and there is enough space downstairs for a family of 5. There is a baby gate and high chair available if needed. The holiday park the cottage is in is very quiet and there in no light pollution and the night sky is just spectacular. It is important to note that the garden is not fenced in if you're coming with pets. There are many lovely beaches nearby, although each is about a 30 minute drive. A fantastic soft play / farm day out for the kids on a rainy day is only about 15 minutes away. One thing worth mentioning in terms of maintenance is that the upstairs towel radiator in the bathroom is very lose.
Thank you for your comprehensive and positive feedback. We hope you will be able to enjoy staying with us again in the future. Property Owner

"Clean, comfortable and well equipped accommodation."
Great location for our great beaches and places to go. We had a lovely stay. Only downside is 09.30 departure (10.00 would be better).
Thank you for taking time to leave valuable feedback. We are pleased you had a good stay, and hope you will be able to welcome you back again. Property Owner

"No complaints , but a small P."
I.R. floodlight would be a welcome addition as the location is extremely dark . There is a small lantern by the door but doesn’t help on the parking area.
Thank you for your positive feedback and comments, it’s really helpful and we have now installed a sensor light as suggested. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Property Owner

"Wonderful and comfortable lodge in a lovely place central to all of North Cornwall."
-
"It would ve been good to have an enclosed garden for the dog."
It was very well equipped although for 6 it may have been a squeeze in the evening and around the table. The information for the cottage provided was very up to date informative and useful and we certainly used some of the suggestions. It was in a lovely quiet location in the countryside yet near to the coast and beaches. We had a lovely time, thank you.
