"Absolutely fantastic accommodation, spotlessly clean and very well equipped(the only exception being no washing up liquid or dish cloth) ,perfect location for us and our dog, out the back garden gate and down to the river and ferry boat pub via a footpath."
Or out the front garden gate and down the lane to the red lion pub, it don't get no better.

"We were glad not to be in residence when the weather was hot."
In the bedroom there was no access to fresh air at all in fact the only open windows were in the lounge. Otherwise everything was as described. For us the outside sitting area was inadequate , a wild garden is nice but it was overwhelming with no open aspect.

"Superb view of the river Dart from the bedroom which was lovely surprise!"
The toilet does not flush very well and the bins weren't emptied by collection service
-
"Great property in a beautiful location."
Perfect for a couple with their dog. Only negative was the WiFi, which was slow and intermittent, which was only really a problem because the very rural location meant no phone signal. Otherwise the perfect place for a short break.

"Weren't sure about recycling etc."
