"We had a lovely weeks stay."
The cottage was spacious and well equipped, The beds were the best we have ever had as was the fresh white linen. The owners were friendly but not intrusive, there were eggs and lovely strawberry jam as a welcome gift which was much appreciated. We would highly recommend a stay.
Thank you Dawn it was a pleasure meeting you all. Property Owner

"A lovely clean cottage, which had everything we needed."
All the space is well thought out; there is spacious off-road parking, the downstairs flows well and both bedrooms are large. The beds, linen and sofas are comfortable. Both the cottage inside and outside enclosed garden space at the back is also great for a dog. We easily did a couple of walks, straight from the cottage, along the River Otter. Best walks for us were at Budleigh Salterton along the wetland and River Otter.
Great to meet you both, and thank you for leaving the cottage so tidy, welcome anytime. Property Owner
