  • "The property was clean, comfortable and everything needed was there."

Love the fact that nice wide doors and some plug sockets were at a height I could use as in a wheelchair. The entrance to the property was far more than a 'small step' and I needed ramps to enter. An accurate measurement would be a help for others. The property is ideally situated for Lyme Regis and many other beautiful towns. The weather was perfect for our stay and we slept very well. Will return in the future for a few days.

  • "Friendly hosts."

Property was very clean and presentable. Great location, we were not disturbed by the road noise. Great value for money for our stay.

  • "My friend and I had a lovely stay at Sunnyside."

The cottage was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We endorse what others have said, very comfy beds!!! I have only dropped one smile due to the step up at the door was actually quite high. I walk with crutches so it was a little difficult but I did manage. I appreciate the info did mention the step but it might be helpful to say it is a little high. But this did not detract from how happy we were with the cottage. We had a great break, thank you.

  • "Great location for touring around Devon, close to Lyme Regis and an A road that can take you East or West of there."

Property is just off a quiet country lane, but close enough to main roads. It's part of a terrace of 3 properties, each with their own parking space. Layout inside is good with a seating area, dining table, small but well equiped kitchen, bedrooms and a bathroom. The heating is locked and controlled by the owners, which was a bit awkward when we got back late at night to a cold cabin - but we made the best of it. I'd recommend this venue for couples or solo travellers but not families. The outside area has small individually fenced off areas to sit in the sunshine, however there is no privacy between the terraced cabins - so it could be quite difficult with a reactive dog or when the neighbours are chatty but you want to just sit and relax.

  • "Very central property close to lots of places."

WiFi password in the book is typed wrong it’s all lower case. Heating control locked so often too hot or too cold (there is a number to text) we just opened the door or put on a jumper. Strange scratching in the roof late at night. Otherwise well stocked kitchen, some cleaning products, tea/coffee/uht milk sachets, cordless hoover. We had a very nice stay.

  • "We had a lovely time thank you."

Great location for exploring the beautiful local area. The barn was a perfect, cosy size for two of us plus dog. The road, as mentioned on the website prior to booking, is pretty noisy and the barn conversion has a metal roof so it was very toasty. The owners thoughtfully provide fans. All the fixtures and fittings were well maintained and scrupulously clean. Kitchen utensils well stocked. Little doggie paddock a nice touch as it’s enclosed and meant our dog could have a run about.

  • "Loved it. Only down side was the proximity to the A45, constant traffic noise made worse by repairs carried out during the night."

Very nice friendly owners. Lovely scenery, great coastline and some excellent pubs serving good food.

It was lovely to meet you. You had fantastic weather for the length of your stay. The night road repairs that you unfortunately experienced have now finished in our area. We hope to see you again. Property Owner
