"This apartment is delightful, we enjoyed a beautiful few days watching the boats come and go and spotted huge fish and crabs."
Everything had been thought of and we would love to visit again in the future
-
"Penny and Sam could not do enough for us."
The flowers and welcome pack show you that they go the extra mile for you. Everything from the setting to the fixtures and fittings were outstanding .
-
"I was very impressed with the quality of the accommodation."
The bed was very comfortable, The shower room was clean and well fitted out and the kitchen area was well equipped including a generous welcome pack. The accommodation Manager called to make sure that everything was OK. One small glitch with the oven but that was soon sorted. One of the best self catering units I have visited

"A lovely apartment in a beautiful setting."
Perfect for long walks in the countryside.
-
"Very comfortable and clean apartment."
We requested the heating to be turned up which was done within a couple of hours (we were there beginning of March and it was cold!) Very generous welcome pack. It was lovely watching the tide coming in and out and the bird life. Very peaceful. It is up a steep drive with very steep access from the car parking area down to the apartment so old knees beware!
-
"Comfortable and well-appointed accommodation with friendly and helpful hosts."
Lovely location. Please make it clear to guests that they must follow the host's directions to drive to the property. Google maps, following link from Sykes, directs down a steep, narrow unmetalled road which is unpassable in a car.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the property which we found to be extremely comfortable and very well equipped with all we needed."
-
"This was our 3rd cottage break, and without doubt the best."
Penny and Sam are excellent hosts, and we have never before been greeted with so much - milk, bread, tea, coffee, fruit (amazing) eggs, and toiletries in the bathroom. The property is beautiful, and very comfortable, and the scenery from the front just staggeringly relaxing. There are NO downsides to Shipwrights. We hope to return.

"The property is lovely Penny and Sam's attention to detail is very good."
As a jump off place to visit the area is excellent and is great to come back to. The access lane is narrow and needs a confident driver We really enjoyed ourselves!
-
"The property was out of the way, with very steep roads to there from Glampton."
The initial description did not indicate this. I left the following: A black drawstring bag: small bag, and two hats. If found happy to pay the charge to get them back. Lastly, Sam who watered the flowers was very helpful: even gave my wife a bottle of wine on her birthday.

"Penny could not have been more helpful."
I would say that the situation of the property is more suited for the younger set. But still its a magic spot.
