"We were delighted with Priory cottage, the house & facilities were 1st rate."
Please pass on our thanks to the owner. We picked the best day of the year so far which also helped. Discussing the stay on our return we learned that no one had cleaned the barbecue before leaving, our apologies. One small thing, the recycling bins could do with labelling to make disposal easier. All in all, brilliant.Tom.

"The property was lovely and if possible even better than the photos."
It suited all our needs - which was fantastic given our group’s ages ranged from a 3 year old to a 62 year old. We used all the facilities - the Dutch tub was a big favourite as was the gym and Sauna. We had some issues keeping the pizza oven a light, but on the whole a wonderful property designed to keep all ages entertained. It was obviously designed by someone with a young family in mind. As we were leaving we met the manager - what a lovely gentleman. He even texted me to say a child’s bed guard had been left and we were able to return to the property and pick it up.

"We had a fantastic long weekend at Priory House."
The house is beautiful & the facilities amazing! The bedrooms are really comfortable as are the lounge areas. Once we got the sound system working it was brilliant to have to create atmosphere for our weekend. The games room was a brilliant even for an all adult party! We had some good completion going on our final night. The only slight negatives we found were the size of the oven for the size of the house. It would benefit from 2 ovens particularly when the property can sleep up to 20 with the cottage. We were also expecting a hot tub but after 4 hours of tending to it we only managed luke warm. That said I did realise the paper work described it as a wood fired Dutch bath (no mention of hot) it would also benefit from steps up to it. We did use the small step ladder in the utility but I’m not sure if that was what we were supposed to do? Finally Phil the Estate Manager communicated brilliantly both prior to our stay and during our stay. He was really responsive to any questions we had and nothing was to much trouble! Thank you…I hope we will be back
