  • "We really enjoyed our stay at the Roundhouse."

It was great to have the fisheries there and it was extra special to enjoy the swimming lake. The surrounding fields made it easy to walk our dog too.

  • "Wow!!!"

We absolutely loved our stay at the Roundhouse at South Reed Farm! Where else can you go wild swimming, fishing, see kingfishers and stay in such amazing accommodation!? It was absolutely beautiful, the views and the grounds were so lovely! Absolute paradise! The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the place looked just as it did in the pictures! Even more lovely in real life! Myself, my son and our dog were made to feel so welcome!! And we had the best time! Thank you so much!!

  • "We had a fantastic time in the amazing roundhouse at reed farm."

it was perfect, we could not fault it at all. It was well equipped and the bed was so comfortable. We were greeted upon arrival by the very friendly and helpful host who showed us around the property. It is such a stunning location and the peace and quiet there was like no other place we have stayed. The fishing was great fun especially using a light float rod. We will definitely be back again in the future. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice peaceful holiday away from the busier touristy areas.

  • "Was a lovely place to stay & the host took the time to welcome us despite the property being open ready for us to enter."

As much as we enjoyed our stay I am not sure why it is advertised as a property that sleeps 4 (it is made clear there is only 1 bed but I mistakenly assumed there must be a couch bed aswell) as it is very much designed for 2 people however the host did offer us an extra chair for outdoor use from a neighbouring property & asked if we needed a mattress at all for our teenage daughter. I would certainly re-book this property myself & recommend it to others as a perfect place for couples to stay.

Hello Lisa, Thank you so much for your lovely feedback we really appreciate it! We have also fixed the description issue so now the post accurately reflects the amount of beds etc. We hope we see you again. Property Owner

  • "Very welcoming host."

Lovely setting with plenty of places to exercise your dog. Need to remember pound coins for electric as this not advertised. Wi-Fi wasn’t working when we got there but owner sorted out with a mobile one which worked well. No dishwasher as advertised but then as only 2 of us wouldn’t have used anyway.

Hi Pat, Thank you for your lovely feedback. We have since partnered wit Zooc Wifi In Exeter which ensues we never have another problem with the Wifi. We have also corrected the advertising mistake regarding the dishwasher. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we hope to see you again! Property Owner
