"Great little place to stay."
A very nice site, with tennis court, pool and area to play football. It's also very well located - easy to get to South Devon's beaches, up onto Dartmoor and into Exeter.
-
"Very quiet and relaxing place beautiful surroundings and good for touring the local resorts and towns"
-
"Very basic."
No extra pots and pans. No games or books if you take children. No leaflets of what you can do in the area. No instructions for anything. No visitors book. The water came in through the ceiling which had obviously been leaking for a while as there were wet patches on ceiling. The windows whistled in the wind. Saying that the property was very clean and comfortable as there were just two of us but would not want to go with a family.

"Toilet very small and not painted pipe work around sink area, lack of finishing touches ie parasol for garden furniture,"

The property was nice and clean, my only little gripe would be the large leak in the roof by the dining table that was dripping all the time we were there
-
"An extremely quiet and relaxing holiday."
Well maintained gardens and quiet walks round the lakes. Recommended.
-
"We liked the view across the field as we had a young child with us who liked watching the tractors working."
