"Very bad experience."
.noisey sliding door of toilet and whole house disturbing. Check in was 3 clock and message me accommodation changed and they messed up again and both accommodation were occupied and waited hours outside the building to clear and clean. Went in 11:PM...owner promised to refund then refused...Skyes cottage company refused to help either.....Don't recommend this website...

"This property is beautifully presented and well equipped."
My husband is 2 metres tall and heavy too. Therefore, the double bed was tricky as it has a footboard and didnt feel very sturdy ... possibly some more slats under the mattress needed for feeling comfortable and secure. There is a problem with damp in the bungaow which was notoceable as soon as we entered ... a damp smell which we managed by opening doors and windows for a while. It was also clear from the fact that after only a few hours the hand towel in the loo was actually wet and stayed that way even after we went out for the day. In addition the furthest bedroom is v damp and therefore colder so we had to use the heater all night to male it ok to sleep in. The rest of the house was warm enough without heaters. Maybe whole house needs more ventilation esp in that corner and preferably external insulation. DVD selection was excellent and we all enjoyed the place. The floors made it easy to clean etc. It might be nice to leave some basics like salt and pepper and cooking oil esp as we were only there a couple of nights we didnt have those things with us. Great that washing up liquid and sponges were left. We werent sure if the tablets left were for a dishwasher (there was no dishwasher) or for the washing machine which we didnt need anyway. Swimming pool is nice but a bit clunky in the way it has to be booked in advance online. Local walks are lovely but so frustrating that there is no pedestrian access out of the Holiday park ... this males it quite dangerous for people walking. Something that could be taken up with local council and tourist board. Generally a lovely place except for the damp feeling. Thank you.

"The cottage was in general nice, comfortable beds."
The first thing I noticed is that was left an empty bottle of soap and behind the beds full of dust. The water pressure was very low in the shower. There should be signs on parking bays at least 1 cottage to have a parking space. As we often couldn't find a place near our cottage. But anyway we had a lovely holiday.

"This is a site we have stayed at many many times and return every February because we like it so much."
The pool is an added bonus and is always quiet with very few people using it. The cottage we stayed in this year was just lovely. It had been decorated with care and attention to be pleasing and welcoming to the holiday maker. We felt at home as soon as we opened the front door!

"Beau's Bungalow turned out to be a lovely holiday that seemed to have something new to do each day."
The accommodation managed to fit us all in (family of 6) and there were loads of DVD's to go through. Everything you needed seemed to be there and we gave feedback to the owner, of observations and suggestions to make it even better, in their guest book. We had an exceptional amount of rain all week, which meant things were wetter than expected. The swimming pool, gym and other onsite facilities were what made us book this accommodation and they did not disappoint. The location of the property is excellent, being close to National Trust places, 20 minutes from the beach and close to many quaint villages and towns to explore. We would book again hoping for some dry weather. Thank you.

"The bungalow was perfect for us (if not a few too many trinkets for tiny hands to grab)!"
We all really enjoyed our stay, the beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed. The staff on the park were always really helpful too and the girls loved swimming!
Thank you so much :), we would be delighted to have you back. Our son also loves the trinkets and fridge magnets too ! Property Owner

"We have friends that live near to Honicombe and picked it because of that."
Also, everything in Cornwall had inflated prices this year. So glad we stayed there as the bungalow feels loved, facilities good and the area is so peaceful. The on site facilities are good and the local walks were challenging but great. Had a brilliant week, all helped out by the great weather. Very happy thanks, will hopefully return!
Thanks for your kind words, blood sweat and tears went into the decorating, its lovely to see our efforts being noticed! Glad to hear you had a lovely holiday, we would gladly have you back :) Property Owner

"It would be useful if you could have a feedback area for the owners."
There might be a few recommendations that a user has that could improve the quality of stay for the next guests etc.
Thanks for your feedback, a guest book has now been purchased so that suggestions from guests can be left :) Property Owner
