"We have stayed here several times and have always found The Flower Patch very clean and welcoming."
The position means that we can walk along the River into Lyme or catch the bus therefor not having to use the car. Just perfect

"The lounge space in the property is tight."
The coffee table is too large. Smaller type needed. Don’t need the rug either. Way to many bits of ornaments on windows, especially the artificial stuff. Too much wicker stuff about the place. Should have it all has it’s originally advertised. Handles around the kitchen, fridge etc and base of toilet. Better clean. Outside looks appealing and a beautiful garden. Location perfect.

"A lovely clean, warm, comfortable cottage, ideally located for many walks and places to visit."
nice to have a choice of outside areas to sit in and enjoy the evening sunshine. Thank you for the very generous welcome pack with lots of local goodies! The pub just over the road provided us with some very pleasant meals!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Flower Patch, and would not hesitate to recommend it."
Parking and unloading can be tricky although we always found somewhere along the road. Be careful crossing the road as it can be very busy at times. A shelf in the bathroom would have been useful for our toiletries and a table lamp in the living area would be beneficial as the ceiling lights cannot be dimmed. Excellent bus service into Lyme Regis and return, free of course for those with a bus pass. The pub opposite (The Talbot Arms) is good for a drink and serves excellent meals, although booking is essential.

"Fabulous cottage in a lovely friendly village."
Spotless clean , well equipped and 2 areas to sit out. Just across the road is the pub and a lane that leads to a river side walk that takes you to Lyme

"Love going to the Flower Patch, even if it is only for a few days."
Always spotlessly clean, well appointed and comfortable!

"Charming cottage, really clean and welcoming."
Well equipped kitchen and tv with good choice of channels. Outside area nicely maintained. Good location in terms of local walks to Lyme Regis on beautiful bridal paths and easy links to major roads. The cottage itself is on a main road with no pavement outside, therefore leaving the house and crossing the road needs to be done with care. The owners did state that the property is not suitable for small children and I would add people with mobility issues to that list. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Flower Patch.

"We loved our stay in Uplyme, The Flower Patch was exactly what I was looking for."
Out of Lyme Regis, but really close to the beautiful River Lim Path which we walked daily. The cottage is beautifully presented and the little outside areas were lovely. I hope to return, sooner rather than later, no matter the weather.

"Myself and my two sisters had a three night stay here, lucky with the weather!"
! It’s a beautiful little cottage, very clean and everything you need. I will say, a full length mirror upstairs and a lamp downstairs would be much appreciated. Many thanks.

"The cottage was perfect for the three of us."
The outside space was an added bonus especially as we had beautiful weather.

"We really enjoyed our brief stay at The Flower Patch and only wish we had had more time to explore Uplyme but hopefully another time."
The cottage was lovely and perfect for us as an (not too) elderly couple. Next time we would not choose Bank Holiday weekend as it was so busy!

"Initially had problem with shower temp' control."
A note on its function would help. Double bed was " snug".... Otherwise a beautifully kept property in perfect location.
