It is so spacious and the 'Den' downstairs was ideal for our teenage son. The two parking spaces are brilliant and stop you worrying about getting parked if you go out exploring the beautiful Devon coast. The location is perfect and views are awazing. Made our perfect holiday.

"When we arrived we were absolutely delighted with the apartment, it was very clean and spacious and it was refreshing to see that the quality of furnishings and linens were of a good quality."
So often you pay a fortune for a holiday home and arrive to find cheap, sub-standard furniture and equipment just because it is a holiday let. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook a meal from scratch and again quality shone through with everything and there was a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, squash and chocolate biscuits waiting for us which was a lovely gesture, thank you Ethan. We received communication with the owner before we arrived, throughout the holiday and after we left which I was very impressed with. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and if we return to Ilfracombe at any time, this is where we would want to stay. Five star apartment, which absolutely made our holiday.

Thank you so much. we were a party of 8 away for New Year & overwhelmed with how much kitchen equipment there is. Nothing we needed & added to such a lovely stay. We entertained another family on NY day & cooking for 14 was easy. Everything was of high standard & felt brand new. The kids all loved the Den & gave the parents time to relax in the lovely living & dining area. Amazing view of the sea. All furnishings were beautiful & of high standard. Only thing that could have made it better would have been another double bed in one of the bedrooms oppose to singles but for a weekend it was fine. And maybe an 11am checkout rather than a 10am. Had such a lovely time & would highly recommend a stay here.

..spacious and well furnished for a multi generational get away. The garden and decking was a real suntrap and we never got bored of the amazing seaview. Location was ideal...close to the shops, restaurants and beach. It was everything we wanted in a seaside apartment. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
