"An amazing property, in a wonderful location."

Comfortable and spacious living / dining / kitchen with plenty of home comforts. Beds slightly hard and a bit lumpy so did not sleep the best. Inside very clean and bedding / towels very good. Outside area good but did have build up of insect debris in doorways - more than just a weeks worth of normal “outside bugs”. Would stay again without a doubt if slight issues sorted

The patio area was a nice place to sit out and was much appreciated especially by our Westie who loves lying in the sunshine. We had noticed from a previous comment that the gate needed to be attended to which hadn’t happened and still required attention to the bolt which was falling off. We appreciated the convenient parking space unlike some that looked rather challenging.

The apartment had everything that you could possibly need for your stay, can't really think of anything negative to say. Bed was most comfortable and patio great to sit out on. Luckily we had some lovely weather. Would highly recommend. (Maybe you could have a look at the gate, it's dropped a bit and makes it difficult to lock.}

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and very well equipped for all our needs. There were even games to play when the grandchildren called to visit. The weather was especially kind to us and so we were able to take full advantage of the terraced area. It is in a perfect position as it is an easy walk into town and the Crabshell is just across the road should you want a drink watching the sun go down at the end of the day. We hope to be back again soon.

We felt very priviledged to have stayed in such a lovely apartment. The kitchen was well laid out and provided us with useful kitchen appliances and cooking and eating options. The decor was very tasteful and well thought out. We has an absolutely wonderful time and would have no hesitation in recommending this spacious, comfortable apartment.

"I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment."
Everything was of a high standard. It was well equipped with everything that we needed, apart from some table mats, which were brought round instantly after I just happened to mention their absence in a courtesy call while we were there, to see if everything was ok(it wasn’t a complaint). The only one thing that I would say, is that the family bathroom has a bath with a shower, but no screen or curtain, which proved very awkward. It wouldn’t take much effort or cost to put one in, and it make everything much easier. It’s a really lovely apartment though, with everything on the doorstep in terms of shops, restaurants etc. I would definitely visit again.

Within walking distance of Kingsbridge alongside the estuary. Crabshell Inn across from the apartment has good food and great pizzas. Worthwhile booking before you arrive as very busy during summer months. Good underground parking.

Light and spacious. I really loved the owners taste in decor. We'd love to return. One thing though... it would have been easier to use the family bathroom shower is there was a shower screen!

Quiet but in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the town. The one small question we had was answered right away by the agents. The property was even more attractive than the website pictures!

The busy little town of Kingsbridge lies at the head of a marine estuary in the attractive South Hams area of South Devon. Kingsbridge is home to a range of lovely independent shops and coffee shops, as well as a 3-screen cinema and an award-winning pub. During the summer season there are estuary excursions by ferry to Salcombe which lies on the banks of the Kingsbridge Estuary, making it one of the prettiest towns in South Devon. Salcombe is famous for its outstanding coastal views, rolling countryside, and is a watersports paradise for kayaking, surfing, paddle boarding and powerboating. It is packed with boutique shops, high street brands and independent producers, restaurants serving freshly caught seafood, and Salcombe Gin and Ice cream! Kingsbridge is perfectly located as a base to enjoy the abundant wildlife in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), which also forms part of the South Devon Heritage Coast. Visitors can take a walk along the Kingsbridge Quay, wander through the narrow alleys off Fore Street or visit the Shambles in Totnes, an Elizabethan market arcade.
