"This is a new property, everything as would be expected."
Clean, and modern.

"The House was very clean and nice to park on the driveway right next to the house."
It was quite a long way up hill from the town, so we had to always take the car out. The bed was very comfortable but there was an issue with the bedside lamp it is dangerous. Also only one bedside table. The extractor fan over corker did not work. We were given a list of items to bring, which we did but we found most items already there. It was a little confusing as to what we were aloud to use. There was the owners hand soaps, washing up liquid, food items in the cupboard. Self Catering, over the years we have always taken the items we need and most homes are set up completely for this but we have never been where the owner has locked doors, locked cupboards and there own items around. It all felt a little uncomfortable especially how much one has to pay for these properties.

"Nice modern house, well laid out and spotlessly clean ."
Not too far to walk into town.

"It would have been nice to have a welcome pack, this has always been provided in our previous bookings."
No oven gloves and only one tea towel. I feel you need to advise that the property is at the top of a very steep hill for those who like to walk. Other than that, we had a very nice stay.

"Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems you do need a car to get around, wasn't aware that the property was up some very steep hills."
There was no microwave as stated it felt very unsafe washing dishes as there was no drainer which unfortunately we broke a plate,we didn't see the need to use the dishwasher for just the two of us.Having said all this the property was lovely but the weather not so thats why we left early.
