"Although Dogs are allowed, they have to be on lead when outside, not allowed secure freedom."
Lovely property
Thank you for the positive feedback. We do not require dogs to be kept on a lead whilst exercising in the garden. However we ask owners to accompany their pets at all times. Property Owner

"This was a wonderful find!"
A beautiful property in a quiet part of Cornwall. Wendy was so welcoming and was nearby if we needed her, which we didn't. The Hayloft is close to Golitha Falls which are beautiful and also Minions for the Hurlers and the Cheesewrings, and wonderful walks up on the moor.

"A very nice cottage in a beautifully secluded location."
The owners were lovely and always on hand should you need them. The place was spotless and well maintained. It had everything you could need. As secluded as it is you were only 15 minute walk from St Neot village and the lovely London Inn which was a nice friendly place for a pint and bite to eat (dog friendly too). Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family wanting a relaxing break.

"Wendy the owner was welcoming and there if we needed her, she also offered more towels and bedding as we stayed for two weeks."
The cottage was excellent all we could wish for and more, everywhere was spotlessly clean.. They even left a cupboard empty to put our groceries in, most places neglect to do this. Loved the gated entrance and our dog enjoyed the extended garden. We visited Looe, Polperro, Newquay and Padstow and a trip on the Steam train at Bodmin. The local pub the London Inn in St. Neots was so friendly and the food was excellent. We would highly recommend it.

"Living area was bigger than expected and plenty of room for the 4 of us Lovely ..."
Living area was bigger than expected and plenty of room for the 4 of us Lovely private garden which was safe for our dog to roam

"A beautiful cottage, well laid out, with everything you need to kick back and relax."
Pretty much in the middle of Cornwall, so a good place to explore the rest of the county from. We had one minor issue on arrival, in which the oven in the cottage was not working, we were immediately given the opportunity of using an oven in another cottage which was not being used, with the oven in our cottage being completely replaced by the time we returned from our day out on the Monday, very fast resolution. Wendy the owner made it very clear she was available if any issues occurred, but they didn't once oven replaced. Very dog friendly with a big well kept garden area. We would definitely stay in this cottage again in the future and would highly recommend it to anybody wanting to stay in Cornwall.

"Lovely house, that has been finished well and to a really nice standard."
Clean and nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Beautiful location and owner was really friendly. Good location with it's easy access to its beautiful villages and towns all within an hour (Boscastle, Port Isaac, Fowey, Polperro, Polruan, Mevagissey, Padstow, Falmouth, to name a few!). Would definitely recommend!

About the location
ST NEOT
Dobwalls 3 miles; Liskeard 6.5 miles; Bodmin 9 miles.
St Neot is one of Bodmin Moor’s prettiest villages and nestles in the sheltered St Neot river valley on the southern edge of Bodmin Moor in south east Cornwall, enjoying the mild Cornish climate and an outstanding community spirit. The village has a pub, shop and the Door Step Green, a garden created by villagers and a wonderful peaceful place to relax near the church, made famous by its medieval stained glass windows and the Holy Well nearby. Just south of the village are the Carnglaze Caverns, the result of slate quarrying and mining in the 18th and 19th century and now a fabulous tourist attraction open all year round and with three gigantic caverns with stunning subterranean lake in 6.5 acres of woodlands with fairy glen and picnic areas. There are some outstanding and varied walks in the area, including the “Two Valleys Walk” which follows part of the Fowey River, followed by farmland, open moors and forest, and a walk to the spectacular Golitha Falls is also a must. Many archaeological remains have been found on Bodmin Moor and the well known Jamaica Inn and the magic of Dozmary Pool, where King Arthur's sword Excalibur lies, are all within easy reach of St Neot. The north and south Cornish coasts can be reached in half an hour, where practically all forms of watersports and beach activities can be enjoyed. Other places of interest are Siblyback Lake, just 2 miles away and Colliford Lake, 5 miles away. Siblyback Lake is an ideal location for sailing, windsurfing and canoeing or take to Colliford Lake for a relaxing day fishing.
