  • "We enjoyed our stay, but more attention to detail is needed."

On arrival the front balcony was covered in leaves and dust, all the windows were dirty and stained. Internally the dark pine showed up all the dust especially on the louvre doors in the bedrooms. Cobwebs in every room. Our holiday started with cleaning the balcony and windows and the rest of the above. We left the property in a better state than we arrived.

  • "Staying at number 4 with the family was a joy, it was so peaceful there and the pool was a bonus, the only downside was the microwave was rusty inside and after using the Iron on the last day, I received quite a big shock from the electrics whilst switching off from the plug."

We are pleased that you found your stay peaceful and you enjoyed the pool. The owner has taken in the comments about the microwave and iron, these items have been replaced, alongside with the oven. We hope to see you again. Property Owner

  • "Property was as listed, excellent in every way."

We enjoyed having the pool close to the property. Plenty of things to do in the area and local pubs for evening meals. The welcome pack was a nice touch. The only draw back was that we thought it a little expensive.

  • "Another fantastic stay at Pinewood retreat."

We love to come here and visit Lyme Regis. The cabin was very clean and made a very homely, comfortable base for our stay. The site was very quiet, just as we hoped and the pool was the icing on the cake! We will certainly return again in the future. Thank you for a most enjoyable staycation x

A large ‘cleaner equipment’ bag left in wardrobe taking up space annoying. Wi-Fi non existent in the property.

  • "We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at pinewood retreat."

Number 4 was comfortable, cozy and clean. Perfect for a family. We couldn’t be more happy with the relaxed and peaceful environment at the retreat. The location was excellent, Lyme Regis was beautiful and the Jurassic coast was breathtaking. The swimming pools and lounge area at the retreat were the icing on the cake. We cannot wait to book for next year!! Many thanks
