• "This lovely spacious bungalow is set in very quiet and peaceful countryside."

  Very clean and everything you needed. A well fenced large dog paddock which Ebony enjoyed. The weather was not always great so it was nice to return to somewhere warm and comfortable. We enjoyed are stay and hope to return sometime. Thank you. Phil and Maureen..

• "Enjoyable few days could have done with longer cottage ideal for boys plenty of space for them to play not bothered by neighbours."

  Spacious, clean and well equipped. Our dog loved the paddock but couldn’t work out the cows next door who came to visit frequently. A peaceful retreat after busy days out and about.

• "Lovely bungalow, superb location with loads of space and gorgeous views."

  Sitting outside listening to birdsong and mooing cows - perfect! The enclosed paddock was a real bonus. Clean and tidy (loved the bedlinen and towels!). In summary, everything we wanted. We will return!

• "We have enjoyed staying at the well appointed, comfortable bungalow, with fantastic views front and back, with it's own paddock, and cows munching the grass in the field next door."

  Situated at the tip of the headland, Boscastle can be seen from the back windows, and for us townies it was amazing to see the mist drifting in from the sea while we were eating breakfast. Boscastle had everything we needed and we travelled to places of interest further south in an hour, but much nearer "home" also had lovely places to explore. Yes the mattress was a little harder than I am used to, but it certainly didn't stop a good night's sleep being had by all of us after an exhausting day sight seeing and the quietness of the surrounding area. The owners, Lisa and Daniel are lovely and very helpful. We will definately stay there again.

• "A very nice bungalow, everything was as stated, as per the Sykes web site of Boscastle View, great for the area my family enjoy, we all enjoyed our stay, as did my daughters two huskies, who had plenty of space to run about, my son in law loved setting the log fire, we would defiantly rebook."

• "We were a party of 6, from 65 to 22 years old."

  Having a dryer made all the difference due to the weather, as we were soaked wet almost every day!! We live in Germany/Portugal, but I love Cornwall, and it's atmosphere of magic and myth. My daughter was here before with me, but it was the first time for her boyfriend and friends—and they loved it!! We had a wonderful experience, and we intend to be back!! Neila

  The property was massively spacious for the eight of us the view was fantastic a little bit dated and bed mattresses were uncomfortable but this place had everything we needed for our stay clean and tidy our grandaughter and our dog Bailey especially loved seeing the cows and the field to run around in would definitely recommend this place many thanks for letting us use your cottage

• "I have stayed at numerous Sykes cottages as I trust the company and accuracy of the listings."

  This was again the case. It is a lovely bungalow set in a beautiful location with easy access to the coastal path down the road and exceptional views. The paddock for the dogs was a bonus but to be honest after a day of walking outside they preferred to flop indoors. The kitchen is basic but has everything you need and a lovely dining area again with wonderful views. The lounge is nice and big, well lit if you want to read and the sofas and chairs comfortable as are the beds. I hope to book this property again next year.

• "This was our second visit to Boscastle View, and as previously we had a peaceful and relaxing break."

  Our two dogs enjoyed themselves being able to exercise in the adjoining paddock. The accommodation was well furnished and comfortable.

• "Boscastle view is so peaceful, lovely walks for the dogs and a large paddock for the dogs to run around in."

  The host were fantastic, leaving beautiful roses for my wife's special birthday, the roses lasted for the duration of our stay. We would recommend anyone who likes peace and quite to stay here. Lastly we would like to thank our lovely host for their special touches and for making us welcome, thank you both.

• "Fantastic place for a quiet and peaceful holiday."

  Lovely walks on the doorstep and easy to get to many places to visit. Lisa was very helpful calling us with the key code and advising the property was ready even before we had left home. Had a lovely stay and everything you need is there. It’s a bit dated inside but that’s not an issue. Paddock was lovely for our dog to run about in when the hill wasn’t too close as although he seems to like our dog our dog wasn’t a fan

• "Fantastic holiday from the moment we had a call from the property owner beforehand with door code and excellent recommendations of places to visit with our dog Lola and best places to eat."

  Arrived to find a gorgeous well proportioned bungalow with fantastic garden spaces and wonderful enclosed paddock for Lola to run free in. The bungalow was perfect for my elderly parents and every room was a great size. The tea, coffee, sugar, Cornish biscuits and milk were a welcome touch. It had everything in the kitchen we needed for any evening we decided to cook at home, great showers, comfortable beds, great views and Lisa and Dan were wonderful hosts. Our ages ranged from 50’s to over 90 and we all agreed it was a fantastic place to stay. We will be returning as soon as we can.

• "Boscastle view is a great family place to stay."

  Lovely big spacious rooms comfortable beds.Lovely clean bedding and super showers.We found everything to be clean and very well equipped.Everything you need for daily use even a dishwasher which we found a big advantage.Outside had a lovely big paddock to excersise our dogs.Great set up for all your recycling and plenty of bins.Amazing views only 5 mins away from Boscastle harbour which is very pretty.Great local farm shop selling fabulous fresh produce ,We would definitely go back again and highly recommend.

• "We had a fabulous stay."

  We found the accommodation peaceful, immaculate and spacious. The paddock was an added bonus for our dog and the children; the calves were very entertaining. We were warm too and the accommodation had everything you could possibly need. The bedding and towels were fresh and like new. We had a lovely walk along the coast to Boscastle.

• "Boscastle view, was as listed, very clean and tidy, ideal for us and the dogs."

  Views were spectacular, with lovely walks. A very peaceful place, very quite on the roads so walking around the area was very safe, lovely gardens for the dogs with a closed in area for them. We would like to thank our host's Lisa and Daniel for a lovely week, we will be returning again in October and would recommend staying at Boscastle view. Thanks.
