    My only improvement would be to black out line the bedroom curtains as it’s very light very early in the morning.

    All bedrooms had brand new blackout lined curtains this year! Property Owner

The Salcombe’ apartments are located in the heart of Salcombe on its idyllic waterfront, in short walking distance to boutique shops, cafes and eateries.

Residents have exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool, available annually from May to September (subject to change) communal gardens, one allocated parking space per flat and mooring.

This contemporary coastal apartment has wonderful waterside views, that’s reflected in the interior with stylish seaside features.

With four lovely bedrooms, the property sleeps seven comfortably, perfect for an extended family or family groups.

4 The Salcombe has a stunning lounge with four lovely bay windows that look out over the picturesque gardens and estuary.

Comfortably seating seven people, the lounge has ample seating, a coffee table, sideboard and flatscreen TV, making for a very sociable space.

This elegant apartment has four lovely bedrooms, including a beautiful master suite.

A fabulous tiled en suite bathroom has a bath and shower (over), which is lovely some ‘me time’.

The second bedroom is a twin room, and the third is a charming room with bunk beds.

Newly created, the fourth bedroom is a delightful single bedroom with access to the garden.

In addition to the en suite is a gorgeous, fully tiled shower room with a spacious walk in shower.

Where you’ll be staying

SALCOMBE

Kingsbridge 7 miles; Dartmouth 21 miles; Plymouth 24 miles; Paignton 26 miles.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
