"Don't underestimate this wonderful gem nestling perfectly over Salcombe."
The views out of the windows are outstanding some of the best in the village. Situated between North Sands and the town you are set back from the main hustle. The apartment is cosy and comfortable with an abundance of extras - they have really thought of everything you need. Clean comfy beads - spotless bathrooms - it was a prefect escape. An oasis in a popular tourist area . Can wait to return to thank you
Thank you for your lovely review. We absolutely love it too. It takes our breath away every time we go. The view is just amazing and photos never do it justice. Glad you had a lovely holiday. Property Owner

"This is a super cosy apartment, fabulously equipped for the self-catering cook."
Everything was beautifully clean. There's a nice outdoor seating area which gets the evening sun for your Salcombe G&T. The fabulous views come at a cost - it is quite a steep hike up from town.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. I’m so glad you had a great stay Property Owner

"Extremely well appointed apartment with some great views over Salcombe Harbour and surrounding area."
The only issue we had was the lack of instructions about what to do with the rubbish at the end of the stay and in particular the recycling. We found a neighbour who told us about the rubbish but ended up taking the recycling home.

"Beautiful apartment with stunning views over the estuary."
10 minute walk down into Salcombe centre and a steep meander back! We stayed for two nights and it was perfect, only wish we could have stayed longer!
So glad you had a lovely time. The view blows us away every time we go. Thank you Property Owner
