"Excellent property - small but comfortable and very well equipped."
Superb views and nice sun terrace. Accurate listing with warning about steps to access - well worth the effort!

"There is a sofa bed in the lounge for which there was no linen, only a duvet."
I e-mailed on the Friday (second day of our stay) for linen but received no reply. We are reasonably fit and in our 70’s but the 40 steps up to the property are quite punishing 3 times a day. Plus ferrying luggage up to and back from the Bolthole.

"Tv controls somewhat unclear."
Any chance of a microwave. But superb property for two, great location. Unfortunately when we arrived someone had parked in our spot.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are thrilled you loved the property, the views really are fantastic! We can confirm that the microwave is integrated in with the oven. Thank you for your comments regarding the TV we will look to provide clearer instructions. We do hope you had a lovely holiday and enjoyed all Salcombe has to offer. Property Owner

"Outside lights weren’t working on arrival making it very risky to take our luggage up 40 steps in the dark."
However, you were quick to resolves issue once notified. Sky tv control didn’t seem to work with on volume buttons working? Wi-Fi didn’t reach the bedroom which was a little frustrating. Window in bedroom couldn’t be opened. Heating and hot water timer needed adjustment during our stay which was timely rectified once notified. There was limited storage in the bathroom and suggest a narrow cabinet similar to the bedside cabinet should be put along the wall opposite shower. We think that we were one of the first to use the property after being recently refurbished and generally we really enjoyed our stay, and have only made these comments to assist the owner making future stays even more enjoyable.

"Lovely stay but steps were not lit up and lights didn’t work during our complete stay."
Steps very slippery at the bottom in the wet. Luckily we took a small torch or we would have found it very very difficult as extremely dark and no street lights at entrance or on steps to help. Also bathroom lovely but nowhere to put toiletries. Perhaps the owner could change the mirror for a bathroom cabinet with mirror on front of it. We kept ours on the floor under the sink. So all ok and lovely apartment but just couple of little things. We got fit with the steps that is for sure.
