"Overall good apartment, not really suitable for our dogs (too many outside fire escape steps)."
New bed, great bath towels. Balcony view fantastic. This made the flat (although could do with a good old clean and paint!) accessed from bedroom. Did find empty crisp packet and dirty cutlery in drawer. Dated bathrooms and kitchen decor but perfectly clean and fit for purpose. Except need new hairdryer and felt there was too much junk in the wardrobe alongside our clothes. Needs to be more separate. Completely separate cupboard. Made it feel cluttered. Cupboards very full in kitchen too. Should probably be cleared out a bit. Too much crockery and extra equipment. Loved our holiday and enough warning was given re steps but I do think a photo of the steps would help. I would say price point is just about right for decor, cleanliness and steps access. Great views - this made the holiday. BEWARE I did read about there being stairs but there really are so many! I'm not keen on heights and as they were outside the flat (aside from the last set that are internal) I felt vulnerable. It's the fourth flat up. Our 2 greyhounds were very hesitant on the outside fire escape stairs (I did take a chance on this). Not great when they were rained on. 3 sets. On the 15 min walk to the bay: the stiles are high and stone (keep sheep in) and the second style impassible because of steepness for our dogs. Would have been dangerous for us to lift them and make it over so we couldn't do that walk. Main road and B road has no pavement so we had no choice but to use the car. I did find a good walk to mortahoe and twichenen out of the camp and turn right. High up so great views. Be aware this flat is almost within a next door caravan site (you drive through this site to get to the flat) and below the flat is the astro turf for sports so regularly busy with activity so if looking for a quiet spot - this is not it. It's not overly intrusive but it is high on activity. Sunday night cold shower? First 2 nights fine. Husband had to look at thermostat. Outside balcony lights not working.

"We had a wonderful stay at this property."
It was spacious, clean and home from home feel. Two bathrooms which was a bonus! The view from the balcony and the window seat in the lounge (loved that!) was amazing! The only thing to be cautious of is that the property is located on the top floor so quite a few steps to the 4th floor with the latter being metal so be mindful if wet! Saying that this was not a problem for us and would definitely recommend and return back here. Thank you 5 Seymour Villas

"This has been my second time of staying here, really love this flat, it’s got a wonderful cosy feel to it, and sublime views from high up looking across Woolacombe to Putsborough."
The flat was clean and tidy, and has everything you need, and some nice little touches as well ( fresh milk in fridge when I arrived amongst other things)..feels like a home from home. Love it ! Thank you to the owners.

"Wanted a short break in Woolacombe & came across online."
Very pleased with apartment, location & fantastic views - totally fulfilled our wishes!!!

"Great holiday flat and will use again."
3 minor problems were :- Toaster damaged and dangerous, needs replacing. Bins never emptied so overflowing with rubbish. Access drive full of deep potholes which meant the underside of the car was scraped every time.

"Our accommodation was very clean and well maintained."
The villa is set in a wonderful location. The only downside to this property is the road access. The said access is poorly maintained and thus muddy shoes etc. could damage the carpets.

"Absolutely love this place!"
It’s got a really lovely cosy vibe to it, is clean and tidy and has everything you could need to hand. The views from the window and balcony are just stunningly beautiful. An earlier review mentions the steps up to it, but in my opinion if you’re fine with the a couple of flights of stairs in your average house, you’d be fine with these. It’s a bit of a treck to the beach and back if you’re carrying a surfboard ( I’d guess about half a mile down a steep hill), but with views like these that’s a small price to pay. Will definitely come back.. fab!

"The stairs to enter the property at the side are a bit too much and most people would struggle with them."
Also the dirt track approaching the property is very uneven with concrete blocks which banged the underside of our car more than once no matter how carefully I drove over them. Inside was nice, as were the views from the windows, but I wouldn't stay there again.

"The apartment was lovely and comfortable, very clean and had everything you needed for a great stay."
The sea view on the balcony was beautiful, We sat and watched the sunset. Would definitely recommend this place.

"Amazing property."
Great location and views. Flat was clean and had everything we needed. Only problem was the en-suite shower height wouldn’t adjust - the cap kept falling off and it just slid back to the bottom. Apart from that 10/10!
