  • "Unkept front garden weeds everywhere."

Flies in the property always sweeping up dead flys. Downstairs toilet didn’t always flush. No welcome pack not even a pint of milk to make a drink after a 5 hour journey. I have stayed in a lot of cottages and always received a welcome pack on arrival this was a bit disappointing given that we had to go back out to purchase milk for a drink . Apart from these niggles it was a comfortable cottage in a nice area . Comfortable settees and beds so comfy

Thank you for sharing your feedback following your recent stay at The Granary. We truly appreciate your comments as they help us continue to improve the experience for our guests. We’re pleased to hear that you found the cottage comfortable and enjoyed the cozy sofas and beds. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. While not all of the properties in our portfolio provide welcome packs, the owners of The Granary have now decided to supply a refreshment box for guests. We hope this thoughtful addition will help future visitors settle in more easily. Regarding the flies, the cottage’s tall windows, which bring in so much natural light, can occasionally attract them, especially on sunny days. We’re looking into ways to minimize this. Thank you again for your feedback and for highlighting what you enjoyed about your stay. We hope to welcome you back in the future and give you an even better experience. Property Owner
