• "3rd year staying at this magnificent property, it remains as excellent as ever."

  Superb base for some wonderful days out. The comfort and cleanliness of Treetops cannot be better. Beds remain utterly gorgeous, so much so we’ve bought new pillows to match, after sleeping so well! Owners are great, they leave you alone to your own thing which I like & you can always contact them if needed. Absolute tranquil paradise will be planning another trip!

• "Stunning accommodation in a tranquil location."

  Everything you'd want for a perfect break was catered for. Welcome pack was a nice touch. Watching the birds feed was lovely and the occasional naughty squirrel made us laugh. We were lucky to have seen meteors on clear night which was very exciting. Denise and Mark were warm friendly hosts and we look forward to a return visit to Treetops in the future.

• "Treetops was a beautiful cottage with all the facilities you need."

  It was only built a couple of years ago so brand spanking new. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was great. I loved the decking with loungers with the added bonus of a BBQ with table and chairs. Treetops is also located in a brilliant area near to many places like Exmouth Branscombe and Lyme Regis where we did some lovely walks. There were also good walks from Treetops alone. I will definitely be back with my husband as I stayed with a girlfriend.

• "Hotels, bnb's, and cottages, this is without doubt the best place I have ever stayed."

  Wonderful setting, imaculately clean, extremely comfortable. Denise and Mark could not have done more to improve our stay. They provided an execptional welcombe hamper and there were even fresh flowers to welcombe us. There were bird feeders stategically placed so we could watch the birds and squirrels from every room. They even left a tub of seeds for us to refill them. The only thing that could have been better was the weather. 15 mins drive away was the Blue Ball Inn where we enjoyed a fantastic meal on our last night. I highly recomend both the home and the Inn. Would love to return sometime. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay.

• "Immaculate holiday home, description completely accurate."

  Property spotlessly clean with all home comforts and a lovely welcome box of local produce provided by the hosts Denise and Mark who were very welcoming and shared lots of information to ensure we visited some nice places. Resorts nearby such as Sidmouth , Beer, Branscombe and Lyme Regis all excellent. Peaceful location, watching the birds feeding from the lounge window, wish we could have stayed longer.

  Treetops is set in wonderful quiet surroundings and great for bird watching, you have everything you need to make your holiday special. Within easy reach of Sidmouth, Lyme Regis and Budliegh Salterton, this is ideally situated. • "Treetops is, in our opinion, a top class holiday accomodation."

  It is well appointed with seemingly no expense spared in its furnishings and equipment. It was very satisfying to find everything we would ever need for our stay, the kitchen is very well equipped as are the bedrooms and their en-suite facilities. Whilst in the accomodation we were entertained by many varieties of birds visiting the two bird feeders situated just outside the lounge window. Treetops is well placed for visiting the many interesting local city, towns and villages, each having their own mixture of upmarket shops and eateries. • "From the moment we arrived at Treetops we were amazed how wonderful it was."

The bedrooms en-suite shower rooms,and living rooms were excellent.The position of the living room was excellent for birdwatching,and the location of the cottage was excellent for visiting Sidmouth,Beer,Budleigh Salterton,Exmouth and many , all within a 30 minute drive. • "We had a great week at Treetops."

  Really comfortable with every need catered for. On arrival we received a very friendly welcome and were delighted to find a lovely box of local goodies waiting for us. Our host was helpful throughout our stay. Overall a very pleasant experience. We very much enjoyed the beaches at Sidmouth, Beer, Budleigh Salterton and Branscombe. We would recommend Treetops as a really comfortable, pristine cottage in a lovely setting. We would definetely stay again.
