  • "Really nice place to stay."

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. With a well thought out kitchen and bathroom. In fact just about everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Also, great transport links to the whole of the South Devon and Cornwall coast, and further afield. The only downside is that I have tried to book it again, and found that after the 17th August 2024 it is unavailable for booking? I have looked as far ahead as August 2026, still unavailable? Best regards, Robert and Elizabeth.

Ideal location for visiting Exeter or exploring the coast. A welcome pack was much appreciated. Parking easy either on nearby road or carpark after 6. Only downside was lack of TV outside of netflix or Amazon.

  • "Excellent well appointed and clean!"

Excellent kitchen with clothes washer and dryer. Lovely walk in shower. The kitchen skylight opens by remote control and creates a cooling draft. There's lots of storage so no suitcases are rattling around. There's a shop and four pubs, three of them selling food, within walking distance. A home from home with a very discreet, tactile host who's gone the extra mile. Quality all round!

Thank you David and partner. Appreciated when guests have a great stay! :) Property Owner
