Resting close to the beach in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 38 Venn Park is a beautiful, detached bungalow in Stoke Fleming.

The property sleeps six in three bedrooms, plus two well-behaved pets, with plenty of outdoor space, excellent facilities, and the best of Devon's coast and countryside on your doorstep.

Plenty of off-road parking space greets you on arrival down a peaceful cul-de-sac, before climbing the steps to your holiday home.

Be greeted by a sleek, open-plan living space, sure to be the social hub of your staycation; rustle up your favourite meals in the fully equipped kitchen area with an electric range cooker, large fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher.

If you'd like to learn more about local history, Salcombe is further south with a local Maritime Museum and the ruins of Fort Charles.
