  • "It was a comfortable, well equipped flat."

    We had a great holiday. The only thing that was negative was that we had to change a lightbulb and it took us ages to work out how to operate the cooker hob. (Yes, we did read the instructions but they were no real help.) Many thanks!

  • "We love this property."

    Very comfortable, well equipped and perfect location. Out of the 3 guests, 2 of us are allergic to pets so we always choose pet free properties. That is why we love Ocean Spray as it is advertised as Pet Free. Sadly this time, as we started to sneeze and suffer with irritation and shortness of breath we noted white pet hair on the sitting room rug. I hoovered the entire place including furniture but basically had to spend as much time as possible out of the apartment. Thankfully the weather was fantastic so this was not too much trouble. We dosed up on antihistamines and my rashes are disappearing now I have been back at home for 48 hours. I presume thoughtless people are bringing pets into the pet free property and the cleaners have not done a 100% job. We cannot ever guarantee that this won’t happen again so we will book in the future at Ocean Spray and cross our fingers.

  • "The apartment was good everything you needed the only thing was I don't think it should be classed as a 4 adult apartment."

    The two singles bed would not make comfortable sleeping for adults my daughter who is normal adult size struggled.

    We are glad you enjoyed your stay and are sorry that you didn't feel the single beds were large enough as they are standard 3ft single beds, which we recently changed due to previous feedback. We have put two singles rather than a double in that room to allow flexibility of accommodation for our guests. Property Owner

  • "Very comfortable apartment and well equipped apartment."

    We really enjoyed our stay. A short drive to Dartmouth and/or supermarkets. A 15 min walk down to Blackpool Sands. Great coffee and food on the beach. We swam every day. The SW Coast path avoids the parts of the main road which doesn't have a pavement.

  • "Wonderful tidy apartment."

    Only slight beef would be the grouting on tiles in bathroom needs to be addressed. Other than that no other issues at all. Had everything we needed. Quiet area, great walks, with a couple of nice places to eat. Thanks again.

  • "Although we had a wonderful time in South Devon, we were rather disappointed with Seaspray."

    There were several things within the property that did not meet our holiday needs. The single bed is not a standard width size, although our 12 year old child slept ok, there is no way an adult could sleep in that bed and have adequate space. The king size bed is very soft so our backs suffered, and I kept banging my leg on the frame every time I got out of bed as the frame is too wide/chunky for the room, and the chest of drawers too, such a small gap to get around. The property needs a good clean - in particular the kitchen and towel rails in the bathroom. The oven was filthy. Several small things weren’t working properly, the toaster, the kitchen clock, the curtain pole in the bedroom. The bath towels are tiny and didn’t smell very nice, nor did the hoover. The glass on the bedside tables is dangerous as it kept sliding off, and we weren’t keen on the glass dining table - maybe this property is better suited to a mature couple with no children. Although the property description said there was access to a lawned communal shared garden we found nowhere detailing which garden this was. We phoned the management company to ask. Unfortunately there is nowhere to hang or dry swimming/beach towels outside. We didn’t feel comfortable using the garden but that’s our choice. None of this spoilt our holiday as thankfully the weather was lovely so we were out most of the time. Both Smart TVs worked well which was helpful. The flat is in a great location for exploring this beautiful area of Devon - right next to bus stops, and the wonderful village of Stoke Fleming. We wouldn’t return to Seaspray but will definitely return to this area again.

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seaspray."

    This modern apartment is clean and very well equipped with a very comfy bed and two bathrooms, one being an ensuite shower room. There is also a view of the sea from the window. The location is quiet and parking for one car within a gated entrance. Dartmouth is a short drive away and the park and ride service runs until 7pm, with handy Sainsbury's and lidl stores by it for topping up your groceries. Blackpool sands is a short 10min walk away. The green dragon is worth a visit, the food is good and the service is excellent and price is good value for money, but make sure you pre-book as it gets very busy. Would strongly recommend a stay here.

  • "I was surprised to receive this feedback form as I am still awaiting communication regarding the refund that was meant to of been put into motion over a week ago."

    This was regarding the size of the twin beds. The beds were for a child measuring 2ft 6ins across. Hardly meant for adult sleeping. Your website is still advertising this accommodation for four adults which continues to mislead prospective customers.

With regards to the beds, they are 2ft 6in wide, however they are a standard single length and many adults have slept in them without complaint in the past.
