"On arrival it smelt of dog."
Carpet in lounge area stained. Television in lounge area was a bit "hit and miss" very frustrating.

"Well what can I say."
This caravan is a the top of the park and is on the steepest roadway I have seen. Totally unsuitable for the elderly or families with small children. The gas was empty so having spoken to the owner I was directed to get the site maintenance to check it out. They did so and replaced the gas bottles. I also asked them to look at the TV in the living room that wasn’t picking up the sat channels and they couldn’t fathom out the problem. The owner said that I must have been pressing the wrong buttons. I think there were other issues that she is not owning up to. The caravan is a bit small. Ok for a you family I suppose but no good for us. The Wi-Fi was chargeable from the site, not mentioned in the Ad. About £6 a day for anything usable. There was a good power shower and the decking was fully enclosed so safe for our small dog. All in All, for us a total waist of money. We left after one night and the owner blamed us for our concerns.

"Booked at short notice, this was the perfect property for a break."
Clean, very comfortable, with everything we could possibly need and a fabulous view across the caravan park to the sea, we would unhesitatingly recommend Ocean Pearl.

"The property was better than expected."
Very comfortable and clean with great views. I would book this again without hesitation.

"Not a show stopper but we had issues using the tv so clearer instructions would be great and tv in bedroom was not tuned in for mum to watch."
Main bedroom very dark due to over grown plants.

"The property is situated in a lovely position and it's this that certainly sells the property."
There are things that need Improving, the outside table and chairs are well past it very rusty etc flaking paint. Even wasps had taken up resident in one of the chairs using the small hole In the metal structure. We could not find the pole for the sun canopy so wasn't able to use. The decking was dirty and glass which I would have thought would be immaculate at the start of the season. Maybe the property has an issue with moisture as the curtain rails are all rusty and pots of white powder on tops of cupboards. The tv remotes need new batteries and we certainly did not get the channels as suggested in your welcome pack. With a few tweaks and maintenance this would have been a 4 star review. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

"Nice clean van ,great sea view ,could not get tv channel in living room , bedroom a bit awkward to get to bed other than that a good holiday would liked to have access to mop and bucket ."

"This was a last minute trip."
Great directions on to the site. Incredible views and 3min walk to the beach or 15mins to walk the coastal path to the main bigbury beach. Really clean and good communication when a slight issue occurred.
