The first room as you enter is your sea-view dining room and spacious porch, which, in addition, has a desk for those needing to work.

The dining room and porch offers seating for four people, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a home-cooked meal or planning the day's adventures.

Venture through to the spacious and comfortable living room/kitchen, the heart of the home.

You are finally greeted by a well-appointed bedroom with king-size bed, complete with an en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, providing a private space to prepare for each day.

This room is at the rear of the flat and looks out on a private back garden - which is peaceful at night in particular.

Step outside again and mount the galvanised staircase to the outside South and West facing terrace, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink, sunbathe on the loungers or read under the parasol whilst soaking up the stunning sea views of this delightful Devonshire retreat.

There are beautiful views to the harbour and Torbay and also across to Dartmoor where Haytor is visible on a clear day.

No matter how you choose to spend your days, 16A is a truly lovely base to return to, ensuring a holiday experience in Devon to remember.
