It would benefit from brighter lighting as it lacks natural light and can seem gloomy. It has a very comfortable, huge bed and a good shower. Robin the owner was friendly and attentive and responded immediately when I had a small problem with air fresheners.

Also we would have liked to praise the Flat and comment in the visitors book but we couldn't find one. The only thing we missed was a chance to sit outside in the sunshine for a drink etc. but that should be obvious from the description as we acknowledged.

Having private parking outside the front door was invaluable. The peace and quiet of the neighbourhood ensured a relaxing stay. We appreciated the welcome pack on our arrival, and the comprehensive folder of attractions and places to eat. The owner could not have been more attentive; he contacted us the day after we arrived and on our return to make sure we had arrived safely and had enjoyed our stay. We had inadvertently left behind some items of clothing and we appreciated his contacting us about them and going to the trouble of posting the items safely back to us. We would recommend this property as a base for exploring the Torquay area.

He gave us plenty of recommendations of places to visit and eat. Very accommodating and checked mid week all was ok!. The flat was spotlessly clean and of a high standard through out. We would definitely stay again if visiting south Devon again.

Robin greeted us when we arrived & was very welcoming. The flat was clean & comfortable, had everything we needed . Robin rang us after a few days to make sure everything was ok with the accommodation & to see if there was anything we needed. Did everything we had planned on doing in the week we were there. The only downside was the weather which is out of anyone’s control . But we still managed to get to Oddicombe beach on 2 days. Would recommend this a accommodation & hope to return sometime.

Owner left some welcome treats and called to check all ok. It's located in tree lined road and although a good walk into Torquay it was never onerous. We averaged over 12,000 steps a day and visited some local attractions. Coleton Fishacre NT is a wonderful place to visit as was Dartington Trust gardens. Also try Plant World nursery/gardens.

Ten minute walk into Torquay although a walk uphill on the return journey! Local restaurants and take always in St Marychurch are very good. Courtesy phone call from the owner at the beginning and end of our stay to ensure we were happy with everything which was appreciated.

It was perfect for the two of us and we had a very comfortable stay. The welcome pack was much appreciated as was phone contact from the owner Robin at the start and end of our stay. Parking was a bonus and it was an easy walk for the local bus into Torquay centre for access to further public transport which runs along the coast - ideal for us walking the SW coast path section from Kingswear to Starcross.

Lovely spacious apartment with high ceilings and great quality fixtures and fittings. Firm and comfortable superking bed. Good shower and fab illuminating bathroom mirror. Everything is included, bedding, towels and the apartment is extremely well equipped, thanks to an incredibly thoughtful host! Private parking on the apartments driveway. St Marychurch is a lovely quiet area and great base. I particularly enjoyed walks along Babbacombe bay which is very close by. Great value, private, secure and comfortable accommodation.

It is ideal for a couple. It has a comfortable lounge/dining area and very well/equipped kitchen. As with all the property the bedroom and en-suite bathroom are also immaculately presented. We will recommend to our friends.

The flat is excellently situated between Torquay and Babbacombe allowing us to walk everywhere with good shopping facilities nearby. The owner Robin could not have been more helpful and we had a lovely stay.

A lot of thought had gone into getting it right for the customer, a lovely bathroom, kitchen and living room all done to a very high and the welcome pack was a nice surprise. we got a call from Robin on the first day and he was very informative about the area and if we had any problems about anything to give him a call, he called us on the last day to see if we had a nice time, he also asked if we had any suggestions on little things to improve the flat which we thought was very good

The reason for the not so smiley face in the comfort review is because we found the settee not easy to get out of (being octogenarian's) and being leather, we constantly slipped forward on it. The owner rang us twice to ensure we had everything we needed.

The apartment was in a good location for exploring the area but close enough to walk into town for restaurants etc. It was spacious, well equipped and very cosy (we had very wet, windy weather during our stay so this was well tested!) Courtesy calls from Robin were a lovely touch and the tips on places to visit very welcome. Would recommend as a base for exploring the area.

Everything was of high quality and in perfect working order. Highlights of the week visiting Colton Fishacre ,Buckland Abbey and more locally Babbacombe and Torquay harbour and promenade we are good walkers and all was available on foot . We had a very enjoyable week helped by good Devon weather Once again Thanks very much

There is plenty of space for chilling and the kitchen whilst small is perfectly adequate. The bed is comfortable and the shower is powerful and has plenty of hot water. Parking is fine in front of the flat which is in a quiet area of Torquay. I can’t really fault the flat and enjoyed my week there very much. Thank you.
