Highly recommended for a calming peaceful holiday We will definitely be back.

"Charming cottage, everything you need for a comfortable stay."
Location is brilliant with shops restaurants and pub in the same road as well as Kent’s Cavern. Beds was really comfortable. Too many books and games which made it slightly cluttered. I would recommend this cottage.
-

It has everything you need and more. The location is great to get around, be it on foot, by the bus, or take the car if you must . Will definitely go back the next time we come down that way

"The property was nice & clean and had everything we needed."
Pictures are a but deceiving as the area is very built up, but it was surprising quiet. Nice welcome pack and good communication from the owner.

We had a lovely stay in your cottage everything we needed was there and a very good Location and also easy to find thank you again for letting us stay there
-
"The property well situated with shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs all either a short walk or 5mins drive."
The tv in property is only served by Wi-Fi so no freeview channels and needs locks on bathroom and cloakroom doors, also more hanging space for clothes. Comfortable for the price we paid.
-
"An excellent location for us, near the coast paths and very near some shops."
A delightful cottage which was warm, well-equipped and comfortable.
-
"The cottage was in a fabulous location and we really enjoyed the quick access to Anstey's Cove."
There was a lot to do with in the area and we especially enjoyed the Coasteering and Paddle-Boarding on offer in many places. Kents restaurant was amazing as was having a Co-Op so nearby.

"The house is in a great location between Torquay and Babbacombe - both a 25 minute walk (albeit down and up a hill), but with the great selection of shops and restaurants (Wellies!"
for evening and Me and Mrs Jones for lunch were our favourites) round the corner made it a very relaxing stay. The host was very proactive when I asked on arrival about a hairdryer, he ordered one for next day delivery (this is now situated in the master bedroom wardrobe for others). The only element I would change is an upgrade to the living room large sofa that isn’t very comfortable and hard to get in and out of! The seating area outside is beautifully done and it’s great to have a space to hang up wet swimsuits and towels.

So many great toys, books and games for our kids to enjoy

"'Little Acre' provided everything we needed to make a 'Home from Home'."
Bruce, Phil and Louise made our stay very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Their hospitality made us feel very welcome and was second to none.
-
"The cottage is situated in a quiet area of Torwood approximately a 20 minute walk from Torquay harbour."
The facilities within are very good, however the wifi was extremely intermittent, nevertheless, it is in a good location, near enough to the explore the local area - the Kents pub is just up the road and a great place to have a drink and a bite to eat. A great weeks holiday.
-
"Little Acre was easy to find, close to essential amenities and the owner has left us very useful information for the area."
The walks to the beaches and surrounds are fabulous. The owner has been a great host. We enjoyed our holiday very much and would definitely visit again.
-

We would hire this house again.
-
"Very well equipped and comfortable."
The biscuits and milk were a lovely kind touch. Great location enjoyed by us all.
-
"Lovely clean and comfy cottage."
The only negative as the couch, coild be more comfortable. An iron and ironing board would be handy otherwise everything else was supplied. The garden was lovely
-
"Cottage in great location, plenty of space, off street parking."
Wifi not working (sent the owner two messages as he was working away but no response) so had to purchase additional data and use alternative wifi as 3G/4G signal poor at location. Maybe the age of cottage but quite a damp feel (fortunately it was quite mild for the time of year so not a big problem). Dishwasher not working (but we were told about this) and knives not sharp (just minor things). All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

"The cottage was home from home but in a different location."
