"Very central, comfortable and homely."
There was a very nice surprise in the fridge when I arrived: bread, eggs, milk etc. which was very welcome.
We're thrilled you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for the lovely feedback and we hope you'll visit again some time. Property Owner

"The property had."
Not been cleaned properly on arrival, with bread crumbs under the toaster, dust under the clothes hanger and the floor was indeed of moping. The shower screen door is missing a seal preventing water leaking when having a shower The garage and passageway had been flooded leaving foul smelling water lying on the floor filling the apartment with a terrible odour. The light fitting is hanging out of the ceiling at the bottom of the stairs, the garage door doesn't work and we unable to get the heating to work as it dropped very cold one evening. We very pleased with the booking and admin, it's a pity the accommodation didn't meet the same standards.
We're sorry your experience wasn't what you hoped for. We did check the heating system and found no issues. We could also find no issues regarding the smell or flooding you mentioned. The other minor issues have all been addressed. We hope you enjoyed the rest of the facilities we provide and the food basket we left for you. Property Owner

"Lovely property in great location."
Couple of small niggles no fact sheet for the property . Would have been good to have a clothes airer and things like washing up liquid
Thank you for your kind feedback. Noted about the fact sheet, that is something we're working on right now. Also, we agree a clothes airier would be a good addition to the property and is something we will have there in the future. We checked, and there is washing up liquid under the sink, we will make sure it easier to find for next time. Thank you again! Property Owner

"Booked The Loft Cottage for 5 nights as a little getaway in Devon."
Couldn’t fault it, does exactly what it says on the tin and is a cosy place for 2 people. We only cooked dinner once over the 5 days but the kitchen facilities worked well and we also cooked breakfast each morning. It’s in a great location within Totnes, 10 seconds walk from the door to the high street, with plenty of places to eat and drink. It’s also in a very central location for visiting elsewhere in Devon and there is ample parking within the close long stay parking, with charges applying 8am-6pm, and £6.50 all day charge. The Juliette balcony is a really nice addition to the property and we had it open most evenings while we were watching tv. We had a great stay and would definitely come back
Thank you for your lovely feedback! We're delighted you enjoyed our little cottage, and hope to see you again! Property Owner
