  • "Arrival info needs updating as no electronic gate, building work taking place on site, requirement to provide own logs for fire and hot tub needs to be in the main info so people are aware BEFORE booking!"

No freezer in main building so every time we needed ice for drinks we had to go outside to garage which because it was so cold, was a pain!

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay at The Granary Cornwall. We’re glad you took the time to let us know your thoughts, as it helps us improve the experience for all our guests. I’m pleased that we were able to discuss where you could purchase logs before your arrival, so was a little confused to read about 'the logs' after you have stayed.  We apologise for any confusion caused by the Granary, Cornwall arrival information / advice for the house  - this pack highlights the need to buy your own logs for the fire and the eco hot tub . We do provide a starter pack of wood, but whilst we would like to we cannot fund the wood you will burn over your stay.   The  electronic gates unfortunately, were damaged during the recent storms, and we’re working to address this as quickly as possible.  We understand how the need to access the freezer in the garage could have been inconvenient, especially during colder weather. Your suggestion is appreciated, and I’m pleased to share that we will be upgrading the fridge in the main property to include a freezer compartment for ice cubes. We do hope you enjoyed the welcome pack provided, with the champagne, chocolates, and local Cornish treats, as we wanted to make your stay as special as possible. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to The Granary Cornwall in the future. Property Owner
