"The house was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided."
the beds/pillows were comfortable and bath sheets were provided, which is great as I'm on the larger side! The location was fantastic - we brought our bikes with us, as this property was so close to the Tarka Trail, and locked them up in the back garden with our bike locks. The garden gate was useful, but a padlock on the bolt would have been even better. we visited Fremington Quay Cafe and Instow by bike, which was fun. We would definitely return to this property.

"This is a lovely comfortable holiday home."
It is simply but tastefully furnished, very well equipped to a high standard and ticked all our boxes. It is also situated very conveniently between Barnstaple and Bideford within easy reach of all kinds of attractions suitable for adults or for families. There is very good shopping available fairly close at Roundswell. The owner was extremely kind and helpful to us over a lost item. We would highly recommend it.
