"Our second stay."

Such a wonderful apartment and location. Generous welcome pack and beautiful Christmas tree. The only thing I'd love to see improved is the sofa. It's a sofa bed and not particularly comfortable when in sofa position. Everything else is fabulous. Thank you.

"Everything was perfect about the properly and location."

The flat was perfectly clean and had everything we could have needed and the little welcome hamper was a lovely touch. Only little negative was that there were a number of light bulbs that were out and hadn't been replaced, but this really didn't impact our stay. Parking a little awkward, but again not really an issue and a definite plus to have a designated space at the property. All in all a fantastic stay and we would absolutely return to the gables.

"The apartment was very comfortable and clean."

It's in a great location close to the shops and sea front. It has the added bonus of a parking space. The access to the space is very tight but in a small car (fiesta) really wasn't too bad to navigate.

"What a lovely place to stay."

Well equipped. Stylish. Well positioned. Clean. We think it is the best we have used in Lyme and elsewhere. . We would be very happy to book again when we plan a return visit. Do not know when this will be but we will be back. Be aware of the notes regarding parking. The parking space is OK but the drive to it is very tight, just be brave!

Lovely and peaceful apart from the pesky seagulls who are seemingly awake all night!! All facilities perfect and my oldest and best friend and I really enjoyed our far too short stay.

"My fourth time staying here and as usual, lovely."

Ideal location with the additional plus of car parking. The apartment is spacious, light and beautifully finished. I will definitely be back! (The only slight criticism is that, though there was a request to put used sheets and towels in specified bags on departure, there were no empty bags and it seemed as if there were bags of previously used laundry in the wardrobe.)

"A fantastic apartment in a fantastic location."

Spacious yet cosy, comfy bed, amazing shower and well equipped kitchen. The sofa wasn't the comfiest (as it's a sofa bed), however it was fine and not worth knocking any marks off! Generous welcome pack upon arrival too. We will return!

"What an incredible place!"

Everything about this place was incredible! The facilities were amazing and provided everything that we needed. The bathroom was spacious, with a really nice shower and bath combination. The kitchen was fantastic and provided everything that we needed! The only thing I would suggest is a manual for the microwave, as we couldn’t work it out. But this wasn’t an essential thing. If you also want somewhere that is close by and in a really good location to other areas, this is the place! The parking space is ideal for a smallish car, but still quite tight, however extremely handy. Can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning!

"In a word it was superb in every way."

The apartment was spotless, decor fantastic, perfectly situated for everything and parking!!!They had catered for everyone’s needs plus the lovely gift of a food bag with yummy things in it . The whole holiday from the moment of booking to leaving was extremely efficient and organised. We would like to say a huge thank you to all concerned, regardless of Storm Patricia we had one of the best holidays ever and will be back !!!!

"My third stay at this lovely apartmennt and, though the weather was dreadful, I had a most ejoyable week."

Being just a few minutes walk to the seafront and town centre makes it most convenent. Parking is another plus. The apartment is light, well equiped and comfortable. (The only slight downside is there is no hand-held shower attachment to aid hair washing, rather than just the rainfall shower)

"The only reason I have knocked a few stars off this review is nothing to do with the property, location, facilities etc."

. but we were there during the very hot heatwave the uk was experiencing. In their defence, the owners warned the property could get very hot and fans were provided, but the ever more unpredictable uk weather made it absolutely impossible to stay cool. The welcome pack and facilities and location were fab. Thank you.

"This is our second visit to the property and we enjoyed it just as much second time around The property is clean, cosy and comfortable with everything we need to hand."

Parking is a bonus as we like to leave the car and explore Lyme. We enjoyed the goodies in the welcome pack and having fresh milk in the fridge when you are travel weary and need a nice cuppa is an added bonus We will definitely be booking again!! Debbie & Patrick

Settled into Lyme Regis, Dorset, famous for its Jurassic Coast hiding fossils of all varieties, this stunning renovated apartment offers an amazing space for you to begin your adventure.

With off-road parking, easy access to the bustling town centre and many surrounding beaches, this property is perfect for couples looking for a romantic seaside break.

Park up outside and enter into an open-plan living area that is simply amazing, with a wonderful sitting area featuring a tasteful sofa that can fold out to accommodate two extra guests as a double sofa-bed and two armchairs in greys and browns, with a coffee table adding to the homely yet smart furniture, as well as the addition of ornaments and artwork that reminds you the beach is not far away, and note also the wonderful traditional cottage black roofbeams, and from here any budding chef will be delighted to discover an amply fitted kitchen with a spacious layout, allowing for social cooking, and you can present your masterpiece on the dining table and enjoy a romantic meal for two amongst the opulence of this wonderful dining space.

The property has been lovingly and tastefully renovated, with white walls and crips décor giving a clean and airy feel to the space, the bedroom is no exception from this, with ample storage behind wooden doors, carrying the theme of grey and white into the bedding and curtains to match the rest of the house, and there is a wonderful bathroom with marble-look tiles, just waiting for you to relax amongst the bubbles after a long day of fossil hunting.
