"Property needed to be hoovered by ourselves when we first arrived, not good."
Had to buy 2 cups for us to use as the cups provided were heavy stained, not a good impression.
Lock broke on front door, trapped inside until my husband climbed out of the window to open it from the outside as our dog needed to be out to do his business, reported this to sykes who sent maintenance ASAP.
Nice welcome pack provided.
Overall properly OK for the price however it could be made so much better.

"The apartment was really nice."
I did have concerns about being in one room but this space was very well thought out. We stayed a week & everything we needed was there. Very private property with space to sit out. Owner were next door if we needed them. Parking was an issue! We paid for pre booked parking, be aware Kingsway & Anning road permit parking is at bottom of very steep hill. Good relaxing week once we got a free space outside property. Not owner fault obviously.

"The apartment was a gem, a lovely hideaway with a great little garden area for relaxing with a view."
It was a special and memorable stay in Lyme. The only request I would make is having some sugar around for tea, a later check out and earlier check in times.

Partial view of the sea and situated in a very pleasant neighbourhood. The owners were helpful and attentive. Easy reach of the town and seafront, by foot and also some pleasant walks.

"Very comfortable studio flat about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Lyme Regis."
Very clean and bright and sunny with lovely garden to sit in during the good weather with great views.
We loved the welcome pack - you really spoilt us and no need to worry about coffee, tea and milk on arrival. Cakes & biscuits really yummy.
We really enjoyed our much needed break. Liked the inclusion of books & games too.
Bed very comfortable but for me, as I am slightly older, it was slightly too low. Would have also liked better WiFi and a greater selection of TV channels.
Very enjoyable, comfortable stay and highly recommended.

Beautiful picturesque view of the bay with a great garden in front to relax and enjoy. Warm welcome with a delicious array of Devon delights to enjoy during my stay. Great comfortable bed and all the amenities you need were thoughtfully provided. The cottage was within walking distance to everything Lyme Regis has to offer. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The Apartment is in an ideal position for access to both town and the Cobb area. There are tantalising sea views! So lovely to receive a generous welcome pack, thank you.
Just a few observations, the apartment is small, just one room. It is clean and well equipped. Perhaps crockery and cutlery could do with an upgrade. Unfortunately, at 70 and 63, we did find the bed rather low for our preference! The property is dog friendly, however the garden area is not totally secure, not an issue with our own dog but could be an issue. Parking could be tricky, particularly in busy summer months, however, we were lucky to be able to park on the road all of the time. All in all, a very relaxing week by the sea. Thank you.

Spacious and clean with beautiful views of the sea and golden cap.
Plus a little welcome pack of goodies was offered. Delicious.!!!!
The owner was a very friendly and welcoming person.
It was a few minutes walk into the town.centre and beaches. We'll situated as it was quiet a d peaceful.
I had a very relaxing break.

.. no sea view! Apartment adequate ... one room after all. Good location. Not worth £500 for 2 nights! Stayed in some very nice hotels for less.

"A cute little apartment with all I could need - Lovely Welcome Hamper, such a nice touch."
The place is doggy friendly, so it was the perfect little bolt hole for us.
Great views, and the sun streams in beautifully in the morning. Its a short walk down the hill to the beach and the shops.
Would definitely stay here again :)
