  • "Thank you for our welcome hamper and leaving us all the necessary items in the kitchen and bathrooms."

A lovely touch for our stay. The house is modern and very spacious. We were able to get two cars on the drive and the garden was an ideal size. The only thing we would critique are the beds. The mattresses on the singles were very thin and uncomfortable. The king sized beds were comfortable, but very low to get in and out of. The pillows could all do with updating, as they felt lumpy and uncomfortable on the neck. The house is in a quiet road, but we should have done our homework, as it was a 10 minute car journey into Weymouth Centre/Harbour. We would have preferred to have stayed nearer to the centre, as we had to take the car everytime and pay extortionate parking fees. Overall, the house size suited our family of 6 and the cost to stay was good value for money. It was 60 minutes drive to Bournemouth, 30 minutes drive to West Bay and 10 minutes drive to Weymouth Harbour. Thank you.

  • "Property was very clean and exactly what was promised."

Welcome pack was a very nice suprise thankyou and your 'special' tap as we called it for drinking etc was a godsend we loved it. We did find a few dishes not quite clean from the previous holiday maybe but we sorted and cleaned so no worries. Just a few fyi's as im not complaining at all :- Toilet roll holder in ensuite needs resecuring as was coming away from wall. Outside apple tree maybe before your next holiday stays - it might be ideal to move all old rotting apples on floor as we had to be careful with dog and small toddler not picking them up. We tried to find a rake or something to collect them but was unable to find. Please be assured we had an amazing holiday -we certainly picked a good week for the weather lol your home is a credit to you and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there so thankyou very much. • "Lovely property, plenty of space for all the family to feel comfortable."

Great location, easy drive into Weymouth. Only minor points, with 3 adults and 2 teenagers the sofas did not provide enough relaxing seating of an evening and front door was hard to close without a handle on outside. But this did not stop us enjoying the property.

  • "Lovely spacious property with everything we needed for our week's break."

The Welcome Pack was much appreciated, thank you. We loved the downstairs bedroom and comfy bed. And it was nice to have such comfortable sofas in the living room to relax on at the end of the day. So many holiday properties we find seem to skimp on this and their sofas are really lacking in comfort which is disappointing. Our only small gripe was the main kitchen bin's lid not staying closed and we had to put a freezer block on the top to keep it shut, but that was really just a minor inconvenience. Overall a lovely property.

  • "A wonderful family holiday."

The house is very comfortable and well-appointed with a lovely bright conservatory and a beautiful garden which we made the most of due to the glorious weather. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and good quality cotton bedlinen. Great to have on-site parking for 2 cars. Good location in a quiet road, yet easy to get to the beach and local amenities. Would highly recommend. Thank you to the owner for the welcome pack which was much appreciated.
