"The lodge, the whole site and surrounding areas were lovely."
The photos didn't do it justice. First time there but we will return soon.

"The lodge was exactly what we'd hoped for."
It was very comfortable, spacious and had all the equipment you could need. The hot tub was a bonus. The staff on site were really helpful and check in was smooth. The site was peaceful, with walks on the doorstep and with some beautiful places to visit nearby. We'd definitely recommend Burnbake.

"Both myself and my partner had a lovely time but the only comments is we had trouble with the service which is understandable."
Then the WiFi kept connecting then dropping off. Also when we tried to get to our property we did have a issue with a delivery van who was rude towards my partner when he asked if he could reverse back so I could get pass. When he went to speak to reception they apologized and said they will speak to them about there behaviour. But we both enjoyed welcome pack and especially the hot tub
