"We had a really lovely half term break at Tilia Barn."
Great communication from the owners with recommendations of places to visit. Ideal location to explore…. We visited Longleat & the Jurassic coast. The Barn is superb, modern & very tastefully furnished. Lots of space & all the facilities we needed. It was very nice to have extra touches like welcome gifts ( the cheese from your cows was delicious!) & toiletries. We are so glad we chose Tilia Barn & would definitely recommend ( & return) thank you!

"Lovely short stay."
Light, spacious, and well appointed, Tilia offers a unique space. Enjoyed a relaxing time there and some restful sleeps! Easy parking, peaceful environment with a good degree of privacy. Our host Fred, was helpful and easy to contact. Would certainly consider a return.

"This was first-rate holiday accommodation: clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious and superbly equipped."
Having our own electric car charging and parking place was great. Unfortunately, because of my wife's illness and her need to go to hospital, we had to abandon our holiday after only three days and return home; otherwise it would have been a wonderful week.

"Dear, we had a wonderful stay at Tilia Barn."
The house is really beautiful and complete. The provided fan because of the warm weather was really thoughtful of you. We went to two of the recommended restaurants in the brochure, which were lovely too. We visited the coast, Bath, Bristol, the Strawberryline, Cheddar and Stonehenge.
We used our bikes a lot (from Bath to Bristol, the two tunnel stretch, Strawberry line and along the coast up to Burnham on Sea to Weston-super-mare. Of course we saw Cheddar and the Gorge. Top. Best regards. Marlies

We had a tour of their farm cattle and newborn calves. Property is absolutely amazing! Immaculate, every detail thought of and furnished to highest of standards. Very peaceful location and we will definitely return in the future.
Amazing property and great to have a ground floor bedroom and bathroom for my elderly mother.

"Tilia Barn is a gem of a property."
Exceptionally clean, comfortable and cosy. Really well equipped. The showers are excellent and the toiletries are beautiful. Thanks for the lovely welcome pack. Fred is really helpful and very efficient at fixing things. We had a lovely warm welcome and a wonderful few days away. Thanks to all at Tilia Barn, we will be back and recommending friends to stay here. Thanks too for the pub suggestions, The Stapleton Arms at Buckhorn Weston is a real find for Sunday lunch.

"A wonderful Christmas @ Tilia Barn From the moment of opening the front door we were met by the warmth of the underfloor heating and the luxurious surroundings."
The owners had kindly put up a real Christmas tree complete with lights and a few candle lit ornaments. A welcome basket of cheese, crackers and juice was also a lovely gift. There is nothing the owners have not thought of in Tilia Barn. Everywhere is immaculate and beautifully finished. The kitchen has every utensil, pot,pans, knives you can think of. Even a thoughtful salt & pepper mill. The bathrooms are stocked with 'Cow Shed' hand soap/cream, shower gel & hair shampoo. The lounge is furnished with comfy Scandinavian furniture and has a smart TV on wall. All the lighting is touch button. The blinds in lounge & main bedroom skylight are automatic. There is also an air conditioning unit in main bedroom. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hoover, even a torch is housed in a large downstairs cupboard, which also holds a concertina folder with user manual guide for all the electrical appliances. We truly had a wonderful stay at Tilia Barn. All your hard work has definitely paid off and we look forward to returning soon.

"We booked Tilia barn as we have an electric car and wanted the facility of charging over night."
We also wanted a pet free accommodation. The barn was immaculate and comfortable with lots of little extras. The quality of the furnishings was excellent.
We would highly recommend and would stay here again.

"Very nice property, Build to a high level."
Felt that it was just missing maybe a tv upstairs. The sofa at times was a tight squeeze and not enough dishwasher tablets were left. The blinds were a nice feature but think the remote on the rear door blinds had run out so unable to use last day or so. Apart from that lovely property and have recommended it to friends and family already.

"Modern barn conversion very tastefully appointed and equipped."
We loved it. Minor problem with the EV charger was immediately fixed by the owner and Energy Park. Our only slight negative was the comfort of the chairs which wasn’t great.

The accommodation is beautiful, very modern with everything you can think of to make a great holiday base.
Good days out in the area, we especially enjoyed Longleat.
We loved all the gadgets, from the remote blinds to the robot lawn mower. The air con in the upstairs bedroom was very much appreciated.
