  • "Beautiful property, absolutely immaculate and the welcome pack was superb."

It is so well equipped, had everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. The only thing that isn’t made clear at all and should be taken into account is the fact that you will be spending an extra £30-50 (dependant on length of stay) in parking on top of the cost of the accommodation. It is an absolute pain to get your belongings into the accommodation, in the height of season there is know way you will get parking anywhere near the location to unload and believe me, carrying your luggage up to the long stay car park is not for the faint hearted. The instructions are quite vague about this on the description, I emailed the company prior to our visit to enquire about where to park but did not get a reply and even going into the main office again they were vague and told us to drive to somewhere which was not accessible due to road works and stick our hazards on along the seafront but this was also not possible. Definitely something to consider when booking.

  • "Absolutely clean and tastefully furnished apartment."

Thanks a lot for the very generous welcome pack. We had a super time and enjoyed every bit of it. Just a hint, for visitors from abroad, like us, a supply of the very basics, like sugar, salt, pepper, some cooking oil, etc. would be very convenient. Thank you

  • "Lovely apartment right on the sea front and above Tom's fish restaurant (which we did eat in and it was excellent food)."

Great apartment being on 3 floors - you enter into the lounge with comfy sofa, coffee table and good size TV. You go downstairs to the bedroom - plenty of wardrobe space, extra blankets, hair dryer etc. The en-suite was also a good size with a power shower and plenty of hot water. Back up to the lounge, then up the stairs to the kitchen - well equipped, everything you need. Also a table and 2 chairs to sit at. Great having the patio doors onto a sunny courtyard small garden, but it gets lots of sunshine which is great. We parked "out of town" near where we picked the keys up and walked back to the apartment. We did park in the Cobb car park on arrival to unload. All in all a great holiday with reasonably good weather. I would definitely recommend Seashore though.

  • "The property was well-equipped, useful welcome pack and tastefully decorated."

Pity that the local council cannot offer long-term car parking at a reasonable and save me feeding the car parking machine at 8.00 am every day including Chrismas Day.

  • "What a wonderful break we have just had in the lovely Seashore apartment."

The location could not of been better, walk out the front door and minutes later you are sitting on the prom having a great breakfast with amazing views of the sea and incredible coastline. There is verything you need in Seashore for your stay should you wish to cook indoors, although we ate out all week as so much to offer in Lyme Regis, we ate very well! Thank you for the lovely welcome pack too and the milk was very welcome. Such a quirky, romantic, cosy, tidy and immaculate place. If get the chance we will book again. Only issue is parking, allow for several extra pennies on your break especially if for 5 night's or more and lots of juggling with where you leave the car. Lyme Bay Holidays may want to consider permits for those staying on the front. Overall a super break, thank you.

  • "Absolute stunning apartment with everything you could possibly need."

Lovely welcome pack on arrival. Spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Nice little suntrap in the garden and a few steps away from the beach (literally just outside the front door) Would 100% recommend and will definitely return to this lovely romantic hideaway. Just what we needed ro recharge those batteries. In a good position and close to all amenities.

  • "A lovely little apartment just behind the front at Lyme, pretty much right in between the old town and Cobb hamlet."

A little lane takes you round to the front. The apartment is on three floors with the bedroom and bathroom on the lowest level, living area in the middle, and a bright kitchen/dining area at the top. This leads out to a pleasant outdoor area with table, chairs, and benches. Everything you might need is provided. We did have some problems getting a signal on the TV in the living area, which involved a lot of fiddling with leads, but it settled down after a while, and it's not as if you're in watching TV much when there's so much to see in Lyme and the surrounding area. The only issue with the apartment is the lack of views from any windows, so unless you go along the lane, and then get spectacular views of the Cobb etc, you could be anywhere. That's not something the owners can do anything about, so apologies for bringing it up, but it's useful for visitors to know this when booking. Generally a very pleasant, comfortable stay.

Thank you for your wonderful comments about the apartment. We have now resolved the issues with the t.v. signal. The Lyme Bay Team Property Owner

The property is in a really fantastic location - just step out of the door and you’re nearly on the beach! Lovely little private seating area out the back too. The property was very well equipped for self catering.

  • "Lovely apartment."

Very tastefully decorated. Little extras such as coffee machine and smart TV were appreciated. The little courtyard and path giving access to the seafront was a big bonus too.
