  • "The cottage was extremely comfortable with plenty of cushions and throws to make it feel ‘home from home’."

It was well situated with a lovely large drive for our two cars. There was a large garden with open outlooks, which, although the weather was very wet, was enjoyable to look out on in cosy and warm surroundings. The bedrooms were spacious and we appreciated the mobile plug ports incorporated in the bedside lamps. The only criticism I could make is that the pillows could be updated, but other than that it was an idyllic stay. Thankyou to the owners for thinking of visitors comforts in every way.

  • "We have already made our coments in the guest book."

........these include that this was a comfortable well equiped cottage, one of the nicer ones we have stayed in over many years. Found the stairs rather precarious and agree with a previous guest that a bannister rail up to the landing would benefit. We were touched by the doggy 'goody bag', Finlay had a lovely time......

We have taken this on board and an additional banister rail is due to be fitted. Property Owner

  • "We had a mixed group of 5 adults a child and a dog in December 23."

Had a lovely time in the cottage. The cottage was plenty big enough, warm enough and had interesting things close by to keep us all busy. No problems parking 3 cars and although on a fairly busy road it wasn't noticeable. I was pleased with the price and would be very happy to re visit in the future. Ian winder
